**If you’re facing a problem and nothing seems to be working, if thinking, analysing and discussing the issue only gets you so far, and if you really don’t know what to do next, there is another way to ask for help.** In this event, you will learn how to directly reach out to the spirit world in non-ordinary reality, not only to gain guidance and clarity, but to receive direct support for real-life challenges. This is not about reflection or inner storytelling, **it’s about making contact beyond the ordinary and receiving help from spiritual allies.** Led by Isabel, a shamanic practitioner with over 20 years of experience, you will be guided step by step into a **focused trance state using rhythmic drumming.** From there, you will learn how to navigate non-ordinary reality, and request support from your spirit guides. This work is entirely substance-free. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. Anyone with a heart for service is welcome to join us as we work together to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Community members are also invited to contribute by bringing helpful items for those in need. Donations of items can be contributed at the meeting and will be distributed to assist members of the homeless community.
