Another week, another crisis, but our Run & Beers gatherings still survive, despite everything going mad in the world. Well, the only *"fuel"* needed to come along with us each week is in your legs, and a wee run, followed by a refreshing beverage and great craic where we can put the world to rights, or simply forget the troubles with like-minded souls. Yoga Classes with Hannah Fitzpatrick on Wednesday evenings at Anam Ashram, Tallaght, 7pm-8:8.30pm. This is a moderate paced class where we will stretch and strengthen our bodies in various ways, but we will also keep a keen awareness on our breath and body-sensation throughout. An ashram retreat day is a day to nourish the body, calm the mind and get in touch with your true self. The day comprises of spiritual practices from the Yogic path, a combination of gentle Hatha Yoga and various types of meditation and reflection, under guidance.
