Thirtysecond Zurich Coffee Talk Live!
Thirtysecond Zurich Coffee Talk Live!
A casual meet-up to get to know people from / around Zurich over a cup of coffee. Groups are typically 6-7 people small. Main intention is to be less of a hello-goodbye event, but more to be able to "hang out" and get to know each other in some kind of a hide-out location where you can be sure of a seat: a third place besides home and work, where some distance can be taken from the daily hassles: an a\*\*-hole free zone. Yes, there is a bit of a format that could be used (see below), although we're not going to "nanny" the whole event: just like in a Swiss association or "Verein": it's up to you to make it a success! \- walk\-in/socialising \- round of introduction \- subject to talk about \- hanging out \- dinner \(if I make an exception of eating after 17:00\!\) Location is always in Zurich's centre (NOT recommended by car!) and will be revealed in due time (please check your messages to confirm, etc.!). If that doesn't work, please write a message in this event, so I can see you're interested! Hope to see you soon! Matthew

Walensee Hike - From Walenstadt to Weesen
Walensee Hike - From Walenstadt to Weesen
**Brief description:** Starting our journey in Walenstadt, we set off on a spectacular hike along the northern part of the Walensee towards Weesen. The trail leads us through forests and along rocky paths, rewarding us with magnificent panoramic views of the lake and the majestic Churfirsten mountain range. Along the way, we will hike through the charming, car-free village of Quinten with its unique Mediterranean flair, and then pass the Seerenbach Falls, one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Switzerland, before finally reaching our destination in Weesen. During our break in Quinten, we can go for a refreshing swim in the lake and enjoy lunch in some of the restaurants. **Komoot Link:** [https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2988439408](https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2988439408) **Key data** Length: 20,1 km Ascent: 730 m Descent: 720 m Duration without breaks: approx. 6:52 hours Technical difficulty: according to Komoot SAC T2.
