This year we will feature genuine AOC Champagne bubblies as well as a couple of rare still Champagne wines. They’ll be served with delicious English cheeses, and other interesting pairings for sparkling wine. There’ll be no boring lectures, but a couple of fun games, and a Champagne-influenced music and artwork playlist / slideshow (no more AI pictures!). A quick note for those who attended the Champagne weekend in November – all of the bottles served will be brand new to you! The cost is 40€ for 7 wines (plus welcome drink), and plenty of food. I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise.
