Each year, local retailers, restaurants, and hotels participate by creating stunning floral displays based on a specific theme, transforming the streets of Chelsea into a vibrant and colourful floral exhibition. Artists have spent the last few years hearing that AI will change everything. This event is about putting those tools back into creative hands. We’re taking over the Science Museum’s Smith Centre and teaming up with ElevenLabs for a relaxed night of music, art, experimentation, and social vibe coding.
Whether you want to make an AI-powered instrument, a storytelling experiment, a poetic web page, or a generative artwork, this is your playground. Tigermilk Spitalfield Latin America in Shoreditch

After finding success on Tottenham Court Road, Nina and Alexis Melikov are opening a second London outpost of their Latin American restaurant Tigermilk, and it’s a whopper. The new 280-seater spot in Spitalfields is more like a hacienda than a restaurant. Inspired by the grand estates of Cuernavaca, Tigermilk Spitalfields will boast a number of interconnected spaces, including a courtyard, a dining room, an orangery and a six-metre-high bar stocked with over 2000 bottles.
Like the OG, the menu at Tigermilk features cochinita pibil tacos, truffle quesadillas, ceviches, large sharing dishes like lamb al brasero and beef barbacoa, and indulgent desserts like maracuyá tiramisu and dulce de leche cheesecake. And the drinks offering is just as strong, with more than 250 tequilas and mezcals on the list, alongside punchy cocktails.

Despite his military success, he despises the common people and refuses to flatter them for political gain. Urged to seek public office, his arrogance alienates citizens, leading to his banishment. In anger, he allies with his former enemy Aufidius and marches against Rome. As destruction looms, his mother, Volumnia, pleads with him to spare the city. Moved by her words, he relents, choosing honor over revenge. His decision saves Rome but seals his fate, as he is killed for betraying his allies in return.

Family Constellations is an advanced approach to problem-solving that helps you gain clarity, overcome inner conflicts, and make positive changes.
**Family Constellation**
It is a systemic method that explores how problems in our life might be connected to our family relationships, even from past generations. The basic idea is that every group (a family or a business team) is a system where everyone is connected. If the system is unbalanced, for example by excluding a family member or carrying unresolved trauma (like losing a family member in a war), it can affect the whole system and cause problems.
It is based on the principle that there’s a Knowing Field (Energy-Information Field) containing everything – past and present, the collective energy and the family’s emotional history. Though not fully understood and scientifically backed, everyone can experience it. When we connect to this Field, the real dynamics behind your situation become visible.
**Universal Therapy**
It’s a more advanced method combining Family Constellations with Gestalt, Body therapy, Quantum psychology, and Theta healing. The core principle is simple: to solve any problem, find its root. And the root lies in Truth. Sometimes simply seeing the Truth is enough for healing to start.
Like detectives, we find the root. Once found, we work with it and address the issue. The process can be surprisingly efficient because we go straight to the cause rather than spending months discussing symptoms.
**Many people experience meaningful results within 1–2 sessions, but each case depends on the nature of the problem.**

### **How a Session Works**
\- We sit in a circle\. One person \(the Issue Holder / Client\) presents a challenge\.
\- As an Issue Holder: You get to sit back and look at your problem from the outside through a systemic lens\. Seeing the "map" of your life move in front of you provides instant clarity\.
\- As a Representative: I will ask participants to stand in for people or elements related to that challenge \(e\.g\.\, a father\, a boss\, "Money\," or a "Goal"\)\. Your only job is to notice your body’s signals: a tingling in your hands\, a shift in emotion\, or a sudden thought\. Trust what you feel\. This role is often just as healing as being the client\.
Being a Representative is not mandatory. You are welcome to just watch and absorb the energy of the field.
The process is completely safe. You cannot “take on” anything that doesn’t belong to you. Sometimes an emotional surge appears, but this is always your own energy coming up to heal. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington.
The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo.
Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine.
We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you.
The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.
Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome.
The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit.

Community Backyards Workshop
Join us at the Ohio Herb Center in Gahanna to learn about sustainable home gardening. We can make small changes in our yards to make a BIG impact for a better environment and healthier waterways while saving money. This workshop is presented by Friends of Alum Creek and hosted by Ohio Herb Center.
By attending, any participating community resident can receive a voucher for a rain barrel, compost bin, or native plants for attending. Vouchers are limited to one per household per year.

**Our Community Backyards workshops are FREE and a great way to participate in the rebate program. Our workshops are typically 1 to 1 and a half hours long and held in-person. Our workshops cover the same content as the online course, but they are more detailed and allow the chance to ask questions and have discussions with the presenters and other residents. We occassionally have "advanced topics" classes where you dive deeper into one topic of Community Backyards such as invasive vs. native plants or rain gardens.**
**Registration is encouraged but not required.** You can register in advance to receive your voucher at the workshop. If you don't register in advance, that's okay - you can still show up (unless otherwise noted - which is very rare) and sign up for a voucher at the class, and we will send you one via email or mail within a few business days after the workshop.
**"Do I have to be a resident of that community to attend that workshop?"** Nope! Our workshops are open to everyone (unless otherwise noted - which is extremely rare). You can attend a workshop that best suits your schedule even if it is in a different community than your own.
**"Why is registration closed?** Can I just show up?" Yes, you can show up without registering! We close registration typically 1-2 days before the workshop to give the vouchers and materials to the presenters. However, you are always welcome to just show up and fill out a short form to request a voucher at the workshop. If eligible, we will send one to you within 1-2 business days after the workshop.
