Board Games & Gaming Consoles @ Yo Mana (10-20 attendees)
🎮 Even though it is not an event held by us, we're thrilled by the fantastic board game nights and the vibrant gaming community of Yo Mana! With an impressive collection of **100+ board games and access to game consoles like PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch**, this is a gaming paradise.
💰 To support the community and help cover the rent, there's a **5€ participation fee**. It would be the easiest for you to bring it in cash. Trust us, it is a modest fee considering the hours of enjoyment and the variety of games at your disposal.
📅 **Check out their [website](www.yomana.ee)**! They have a Discord channel and many other events happening. Just scroll down on the website to see the calendar. Also also, there's a recurring [Facebook event](https://facebook.com/events/s/wednesday-board-games-yo-mana-/967419134491734/) for these Wednesdays.
**💬** Because **we're not the organizers of these events**, for any specific inquiries or additional information please reach out to Yo Mana through the contacts on their website.
NIA 5 Stages In-Person: Movement Practice & Community Gathering
NIA 5 Stages In-Person: Movement Practice & Community Gathering
Join us at TAO Keskus for a revitalizing session of NIA 5 Stages!
**🌍 Language:** English
**📍 Location:** TAO Keskus, Rotermanni 2, Tallinn (Upper Hall). **⏰ Time:** Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to change. We start at 11:00 sharp.
**What is this meetup about?** We will get together to practice the NIA 5 Stages method—a gentle movement practice based on early development patterns (embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing, walking).
This session is designed to help us reconnect with our bodies, improve flexibility, and find more ease in movement. It is a unique way to restore balance and bring enjoyment to everything you do.
**What to expect:**
* **Guided Practice:** We will move through the 5 stages together. The movements range from lying on the floor to walking, allowing your body to realign naturally.
* **Mindfulness:** We combine movement with awareness. You will learn to trust your body’s signals and move in a way that feels good for *you*.
* **Community:** This is a safe space to meet like-minded people in Tallinn who care about wellness and active living.
**Who is this for?** This practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level or age.
* If you are full of energy, you can use the movements to strengthen your structure.
* If you feel tired, the practice offers gentle support to help you recharge.
**What to bring:**
* Comfortable clothes (layers are best, e.g., T-shirt + sweater).
* Knee pads (optional, if you have sensitive knees). We also have some at the hall.
**About the Host:** Yulia Zhirova is a certified NIA® trainer with a passion for body awareness and holistic movement.
**Note on Safety:** We encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace. This meetup is for educational and wellness purposes.
Come to relax, move, and connect!

NIA 5 STAGES CLASS Natural Power & Self-Healing
### **5 Stages of Development: Self-Healing & Somatic Movement** 🌿
**A Space to Restore, Realign, and Return to Your Natural Self**
Do you ever feel like your body is carrying a "suit of armor" from daily stress? Or perhaps you feel stiff, disconnected, or in chronic discomfort?
Join us at the **TAO KESKUS** in the heart of the Rotermanni Quarter for a unique self-healing practice. This is not a typical fitness class. It is an exploratory journey back to the **5 basic stages of human development**—the very movements we all mastered as infants (from rolling to walking).
#### **What is this session about?**
This practice is a multifaceted restoration process. It combines the depth of **myofascial release**, the gentleness of **restorative movement**, and the precision of **somatic practice**. We utilize our innate self-regulation system to "unlock" stagnant tissues and address chronic pain or functional restrictions.
#### **How we practice:**
* **Your Rhythm:** You follow your own internal pace. You may spend the entire class in minimal movement or even simply lying down if that is what your body needs today.
* **Adaptability:** Every movement is kindly tailored to your current state. You learn to listen to your body’s impulses and release personal blocks in the moment.
#### **The Five Stages of Growth:**
1. **Pulsation:** Finding support and releasing deep spinal tension.
2. **Homolateral Movement:** Balancing the right and left sides of the body.
3. **Cross-lateral Connections:** Synchronizing brain, muscles, and fascia to erase the effects of stress.
4. **Squatting:** Opening the hips and finding a solid foundation.
5. **Walking:** Integrating freedom and ease into your everyday gait.

Love languages? 👅 Want to practice speaking? Come to our meetup!
*How does it work? Simple!*
👉 Make a name tag with your name and languages that you speak/learn!
👉 Look for someone who has a language you want to practice - and strike a conversation!
*Important:*
* **Be comfortable to "eavesdrop"** **on a conversation** in a fascinating language you are not ready to speak yet - "I just want to listen" is a thing! ☝😎
* If someone joins you with this intention - **don't switch to English** (as you normally would, because you don't want to exclude your friend from a conversation!) - but in this setting - **keep talking!** You are giving others an opportunity to listen! 😁👂
Well, this is it... we are looking forward to seeing you on Friday! Let's discover unexpected language matches together! 🤩
📸Disclaimer: The host may take photos during the event for promotion purposes. If you do not agree with this, please inform the host directly at the beginning of the meetup, otherwise it will be understood as consent.
✅**Please RSVP** so that we could take your participation into account. Let the hosts know if you happen to be late. Invite friends and family who share your love for books and languages!

Friday Bible Study (in English)
To all locals, expats, and visitors in Tallinn, welcome!
My wife and I are delighted to invite you to study the Word of God with us every Friday at 5:30 p.m. in a casual setting, accompanied by coffee and tea.
We believe the Bible is entirely true, and we strive to live by its teachings. We also believe that the love of God is so powerful that it can touch hearts and heal what's broken in all of us.
Let's study Christianity together to help you find answers to questions like:
* What is the meaning of life?
* How do I deal with difficult situations?
* Who is God, and what is the Trinity?
* How can Jesus Christ help me?
* How can I forgive and treat others with love?
Please join us or reach out if you have any questions!
The meetups are in English.
