Swiss Chan Circle – Session: Qigong, Ba Duan Jin & Achtsamkeitsmeditation (J **👥 Für wen**: Alle, die ihr mentales Wohlbefinden fördern und ihre innere Balance finden möchten **Beschreibung:** Willkommen zu einem entspannenden und heilenden Treffen, bei dem wir Körper und Geist in Einklang bringen. In /\*/-\*dieser Veranstaltung werden wir traditionelle Praxisformen erleben: **Qigong (氣功)**, sowie **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修)**. **Qigong (氣功) (18:00 - 19:00)** Diese alten chinesischen Übungen fördern die Lebensenergie (Qi) und stärken Körper und Geist. Durch fließende Bewegungen und gezielte Atemtechniken wird das Energiegleichgewicht wiederhergestellt, was zu mehr Vitalität, innerer Ruhe und körperlicher Ausgeglichenheit führt. **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修) (19:00 - 20:00):** In der Meditation üben wir, mit voller Achtsamkeit im Moment zu leben. Durch gezielte Meditationstechniken bringen wir unsere Gedanken zur Ruhe und öffnen uns für das Hier und Jetzt. Every week since 2022, we have featured nude model poses, both in short and long poses. At the beginning, we have short poses (2, 3, 5, 15 minutes), then two 30-minute sessions. Between blocks, we have 5-10-minute breaks to refresh and socialize with tea and cookies. Welcome to the Zürich AR/VR/Spatial Computing Group. Tonight, we are joined by Tianyi Xiao, a fourth-year PhD candidate at ETH Zürich’s geoGAZElab. Tianyi develops XR-based immersive 3D sketching interfaces that serve as both creative instruments for architectural design and tools for investigating human spatial cognition. His research, frequently featured at the prestigious ACM CHI conference, explores how generative AI can create seamless sketch-to-model pipelines. Key projects include Sketch2Terrain, an AI-driven system that allows non-experts to create to sketch accurate maps of natural landscapes in Augmented Reality, as well as Sketch2Model, a creative tool that enables the conversion from 3d sketches into 3D furniture in Extended Reality. Following the talk, we are going to have a hands-on session to try the Sketch2Model tool. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

In the drawing days, we’ll cover the basics like shapes, shading, and perspective, and try out approaches like still life, improvisation, and life drawing. 12 Drawing/Printmaking Sessions This is an art class that brings together the freedom of drawing and the playfulness of printmaking!
