Welcome to Loki Welldone. We are an old-school basketball club. We focus on having fun playing and socializing afterwards. If you also like to play basketball, you've come to the right place! Everyone (all genders) is welcome here. We usually play every Friday from 8pm - 9.30pm in Schulhaus Kartaus. We organize ourselves through the clubs whatsapp chat, but would like to offer external people to join us. We are usually 4-10 players, playing either 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.
