Let the vibrations of gongs, monochords, singing bowls, and vocals carry you away into hypnotic soundscapes and guide you into deep tranquility and inner expansiveness. The Friedhof Forum Sihlfeld offers an artistic carpet landscape in its historic rooms, where you can lie down comfortably and completely arrive at yourself. For this 1.5-hour journey, please bring a pillow, blanket, and eye mask to make yourself as comfortable as possible and fully engage in your inner experience.☁️

Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30 no matter the weather.
