**Hey fellow board game designers (and enthusiasts)!** If you're working on a board game, we've got a meetup just for you! We gather on the third Thursday of each month at [WellPlayed Zürich-Langstrasse](https://maps.app.goo.gl/7jVdsNDqeYmakSjn6) to playtest prototypes, give and receive feedback, and discuss all things game design, publishing, marketing, crowdfunding, art, and more. Whether you're just getting started or want to try something new, this class is about visual exploration without any level pressure. Together, we’ll swap the fear of getting it wrong for the fun of discovering what’s possible. In the drawing days, we’ll cover the basics like shapes, shading, and perspective, and try out approaches like still life, improvisation, and life drawing. 12 Drawing/Printmaking Sessions This is an art class that brings together the freedom of drawing and the playfulness of printmaking! All in a cozy, welcoming space of Zimmerli atelier and Mathias Gentinetta’s Workshop! In the printmaking days, we’ll experiment with: * TETRA PAK PRINTING turning recycled cartons into art * MONOTYPE spontaneous, expressive mark-making * COLLAGRAPHS using natural and found textures to create prints * LINOPRINT / WOODCUT traditional technique of printmaking with open possibilities of experimentation. * COLLECTIVE PRINTMAKING Big scale print from everyones prints. * ENGRAVING / ETCHING Printmaking lessons will be with Mathias Gentinetta and Artemis Tsakiri. Wellplayed welcomes you for casual gaming at our shop. **INTENSIVE Drawing Course - learn to draw independently, step by step** This **intensive drawing course** is for anyone who wants to learn drawing from scratch and master it confidently in the long term. The goal of this course is to guide you step by step **to being able to draw independently** – without reference materials, without uncertainty, and with a solid understanding of form, proportion, and light. The focus is on building a strong foundation that is essential for any drawing style In this course, you'll learn the **absolute basics of drawing** : sketching, shading, and accurate measuring. These three areas form the foundation for both realistic and stylized drawings. You'll learn how to observe subjects correctly, place lines deliberately, and create depth and volume using simple techniques. Measuring proportions, in particular, will help you avoid typical beginner mistakes and significantly improve your drawings. This intensive course is intentionally structured as **an ongoing drawing course**. Drawing is a skill that develops through regular practice. A single session can be inspiring, but it's not enough to make real progress. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Welcome to our Board and Card Game Event for all kinds of games from fun/leisure games to heavy strategy ones😊 You are welcome to join whenever you feel like it. You don't have to be there at 5pm.
