Swiss Chan Circle – Session: Qigong, Ba Duan Jin & Achtsamkeitsmeditation (J **👥 Für wen**: Alle, die ihr mentales Wohlbefinden fördern und ihre innere Balance finden möchten **Beschreibung:** Willkommen zu einem entspannenden und heilenden Treffen, bei dem wir Körper und Geist in Einklang bringen. In /\*/-\*dieser Veranstaltung werden wir traditionelle Praxisformen erleben: **Qigong (氣功)**, sowie **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修)**. **Qigong (氣功) (18:00 - 19:00)** Diese alten chinesischen Übungen fördern die Lebensenergie (Qi) und stärken Körper und Geist. Durch fließende Bewegungen und gezielte Atemtechniken wird das Energiegleichgewicht wiederhergestellt, was zu mehr Vitalität, innerer Ruhe und körperlicher Ausgeglichenheit führt. **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修) (19:00 - 20:00):** In der Meditation üben wir, mit voller Achtsamkeit im Moment zu leben. Durch gezielte Meditationstechniken bringen wir unsere Gedanken zur Ruhe und öffnen uns für das Hier und Jetzt. Diese Praxis hilft, Stress abzubauen, emotionale Klarheit zu gewinnen und ein tieferes Gefühl der inneren Ruhe zu erreichen. **Was erwartet dich?** * Sanfte Einführung in Qigong-Übungen * Geführte Achtsamkeitsmeditation für Entspannung und Konzentration * Gelegenheit zum Austausch und zur Stärkung der Gemeinschaft **Für wen ist dieses Event geeignet?** Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle, die mehr über Achtsamkeit, Meditation und Qigong erfahren möchten – egal, ob du Anfänger oder erfahren bist. Every week since 2022, we have featured nude model poses, both in short and long poses. At the beginning, we have short poses (2, 3, 5, 15 minutes), then two 30-minute sessions. Between blocks, we have 5-10-minute breaks to refresh and socialize with tea and cookies. Our goal is to create a protected space for gender minorities in the security industry, this applies to professionals as well as students or career changers. SalsaPractica: Es ist keine Kursstunde, sondern gedacht, um Knöpfe zu lösen oder Figuren zu üben die noch nicht so ganz gelingen. Es wird langsame Musik abgespielt, perfekt um zu üben. Lehrer sind vor Ort zur Beratung und Einstufung. Die Salsa Practica ist nicht gratis, sondern ein Bestandteil von der Party und im Partyeintritt inbegriffen. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

In diesem Workshop erkunden wir auf spielerische und achtsame Weise neue Bewegungsmöglichkeiten. Mit einfachen Improvisationsaufgaben, klaren Impulsen und viel Raum zum Ausprobieren entdecken wir, wie vielfältig Bewegung sein kann. Dabei geht es nicht darum, „schön“ oder „richtig“ zu tanzen, sondern den eigenen Körper auf neue Weise in Bewegung zu erleben. Improvisation kann helfen, den eigenen Bewegungsspielraum zu erweitern, den Körper bewusster wahrzunehmen und neue Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten zu entdecken. Mal ruhig und fein, mal lebendig und überraschend, erforschen wir, was entsteht, wenn wir uns bewegen dürfen, ohne etwas Bestimmtes leisten zu müssen.
