In /\*/-\*dieser Veranstaltung werden wir traditionelle Praxisformen erleben: **Qigong (氣功)**, sowie **Achtsamkeitsmeditation (正念禪修)**. **Qigong (氣功) (18:00 - 19:00)** Diese alten chinesischen Übungen fördern die Lebensenergie (Qi) und stärken Körper und Geist. Every week since 2022, we have featured nude model poses, both in short and long poses. At the beginning, we have short poses (2, 3, 5, 15 minutes), then two 30-minute sessions. Between blocks, we have 5-10-minute breaks to refresh and socialize with tea and cookies.
