We are **[Rhacklette](https://rhacklette41.github.io/),** a group of female, inter, non-binary, trans and agender (FINTA) people in Security. Our goal is to create a protected space for gender minorities in the security industry, this applies to professionals as well as students or career changers. We are a subgroup of **[DEFCON Switzerland](https://www.defcon-switzerland.org/)**, a non profit well known for the **[Area41 conference](https://area41.io/)** and **[Beer On Tuesdays (BoTs)](https://www.beerontuesday.ch/)**. DEFCON Switzerland strives to support and foster the local hacker community. We want to create a network, mainly in Switzerland, where people feel safe and understood. SalsaPractica: Es ist keine Kursstunde, sondern gedacht, um Knöpfe zu lösen oder Figuren zu üben die noch nicht so ganz gelingen. Es wird langsame Musik abgespielt, perfekt um zu üben. Lehrer sind vor Ort zur Beratung und Einstufung. Die Salsa Practica ist nicht gratis, sondern ein Bestandteil von der Party und im Partyeintritt inbegriffen. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.
