**New to the game? Please join our beginner-friendly Sunday event instead!** Hi folks, this is a special meetup group for the regular Blood on the Clocktower games every Tuesday in Berlin Mitte. This event is aimed at players who are already very familiar with Clocktower - if you have dozens of games under your belt and are excited to play custom scripts with other seasoned players, this is the event for you! Our group aims to provide a fun and welcoming space to experience this thrilling game of social deception. **We focus on promoting a positive and fun group atmosphere, where players don’t take themselves or the game too seriously, whether they’re heroically winning or spectacularly losing.** Our players follow the code of conduct for the Berlin Board Gamers group and are expected to treat each other with respect and consideration – “killing with grace, and dying with dignity”. If you are marked as "going" in Meetup and are in your seat at 19:00, your place is guaranteed. All other seats are first come, first served. There is a €3 entrance fee per person to cover the cost of hiring the venue, payable in cash. Join our welcoming **life drawing** session where participants are invited to both draw and model. A relaxed and respectful space for **creative exploration**. The **Cozy Session** is our most intimate format. We are fewer people (max. 10) and take a bit more time for everything. The atmosphere is calmer and we have even more focus on **presence, observation** and **connection**. All our events are **queer-friendly** and have a personal and inviting feel to them. Also we're very **beginner-friendly**: Whether you’re experienced or just curious to try life drawing for the first time — you are welcome. Generally participation in modeling is always **voluntary**, but in this format – since we're fewer people – It's more the idea **that everybody will have** the chance to pose. Hello peeps, welcome to the private meetup for board games in Berlin. Look forward to a relaxed boardgames event in a community centre. We will be playing inside the community centre. If you are looking for a group or games, just join us in the front. The entrance fee is 3 euros for the rent of the community centre rooms and cleanup of the rooms. We look to play in the Nachbarschaftszentrum „Bürger für Bürger“ near Bernauer Strasse U-Bahnhof. We usually play all types of games for example social deduction, casual, euro games, and strategy games. If you are new, is no worries, I will help you connect to a group. We start games every 15 mins so do not worry if you are late. We mostly play in the English language as it is the language most people are comfortable with. We usually bring games with us but you are welcome to bring your own. You can expect a lot of fun light games suitable for the location. We have a small library of games you are free to use (but you are also encouraged to bring your own). This is a relaxed, casual meetup: **no hardcore competition**, just friendly rivalry. 👉 **Please RSVP only if you plan to attend.** **👉 Most people on the waiting list would be moved to the “Going” list.** **How to Play (Quick Guide):** *** Setup: **Build the island with hex tiles, place number tokens, roads, settlements, and give each player starting resources.** *Turn order: **On your turn, roll two dice to produce resources, then trade and build.*** Resource production: **Players gain resources (wood, brick, sheep, wheat, ore) from tiles next to their settlements/cities when the tile’s number is rolled.** *Robber: **If a 7 is rolled, players with too many cards discard half; move the robber to block a tile and steal a card. *NOTE: Friendly robber rule: We play with the friendly robber rule, which means that the robber cannot be placed on a player with less than 3 points.**** Trading: **Trade resources with other players or with the bank (usually 4:1, better with ports).** *Building: **Spend resources to build roads, settlements, cities, or buy development cards.*** Victory points: **Earn points from settlements, cities, development cards, Longest Road, and Largest Army.** *Winning: **The first player to reach 10 victory points on their turn wins. *2-Hours-Max: If no one reaches 10 points by the end of the second hour, the player with the most points wins. This keeps our game capped at **two hours**. ⏰️ **Our Game Set-Up & Attendance Policy:** 1. We will have two CATAN sets available for up to six players each, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Since each game takes a considerable amount of time, arriving after a game has already started may make it difficult to place you at a table. 3. In such cases, you may need to place your first two settlements on the remaining available parts of the map—if space allows. 4. Please make sure to update your RSVP in advance. Failure to do so may cause unnecessary delays for everyone at the start. 5. Not showing up without notice will result in being blacklisted for at least one future meetup.
