Quizás te maches y seguro que terminas con las manos sucias... pero es parte de la experiencia!! ¡Y vale mucho la pena! 📵 **Edición Tech - A - Break (¿lo que hace que este día sea especial?)** Esta es una aventura "tech - free/ no-scroll": * **Móviles APAGADOS o en modo avión**, y **guardados en el fondo de la mochila** (o ven sin móvil). * Empezaremos con una breve introducción a la filosofía **Tech-A-Break**: reconectar con la naturaleza + las personas + contigo mism@, y usar la tecnología solo como una herramienta. * Un ambiente más calmado: menos fotos, más presencia, conversaciones reales. 🥾 **El plan** (A o B dependiendo de restricciones en el Collserola) Haremos una ruta matutina de 2-3 horas por Collserola, un recorrido con vistas espectaculares a Barcelona. Pasaremos por zonas de bosque, así como por el pantano de Vallvidrera. 🍽️ Después de la caminata terminaremos disfrutando de unos deliciosos calçots con su salsa tan buena en un restaurante local de Vallvidrera (en la terraza si el tiempo lo permite). **Plan B – Montjuïc:** Si las restricciones en Collserola por el tema de la **peste porcina** no permiten hacer la ruta allí, haremos una caminata preciosa por **Montjuïc** y terminaremos con un **picnic** en lugar del restaurante. 🚦 **Dificultad** fácil (7 km) - adecuada para principiantes. 📍**Punto de encuentro** El punto de encuentro es delante del Cafe Zurich en plaza Catalunya. Hi everyone! This weekend we’re heading inland for a proper classic: **Arrabassada + Creu d’Aragall + Molins**. A ride that mixes steady group work, rolling terrain, and three solid climbs to test the legs. We’ll meet at **Plaça Lesseps**, and almost straight away tackle our local benchmark: **Arrabassada**. Ride it at your own pace, but don’t empty the tank too early, there’s a lot more coming. We regroup at the top before rolling through Sant Cugat. From there we hit some open roads where we’ll settle into a steady rhythm. No drops here, smooth rotations and controlled pace as we move toward Martorell. Quick water refill stop if needed. After that, things get more interesting. We push across the rolling hills and then take on the main climb of the day: **Creu d’Aragall from Cervelló**. Again, everyone climbs at their own pace. We regroup at the top for a short coffee stop before descending through Corbera toward the Llobregat and Molins. From Molins you have two options: roll back to Barcelona on a mostly flat return, or add a final effort with the long Molins climb to finish the day properly. Depending on group size and level, we may split into a faster and a steadier group. Bring good legs and good vibes. Desde el aparcamiento tomaremos un sendero que nos llevará, entre bosques de pino negro y abetos, hasta el primero de los lagos, el lago Negro. Continuaremos la ruta, con suaves desniveles, pasando por el lago largo, hasta llegar al más grande de la zona, el lago de las Bulloses. ¿Tonificar los músculos? ¿Equilibrar los lípidos? ¿Olvidar el precio de la gasolina? Sea cual sea la excusa… cuando ponemos un pie en la montaña, lo demás deja de importar. La naturaleza nos carga las pilas con su energía salvaje: abrazos de viento, besos de lluvia, aromas de bosque húmedo y la timidez de las primeras flores de la temporada. Es un momento idóneo para disfrutar como se merece del Berguedà con el Pantà de la Baells rebosante. Vigilandonos desde la distancia, las siluetas inconfundibles de la Serra de Picancel, el Pedraforca y Rasos de Peguera que parecen enviar a los buitres de una cima a la otra. Caminaremos por senderos que atraviesan bosques acogedores de pinos, encinas y robles, descubriendo las particularidades de las plantas que ya se preparan para rebrotar con fuerza, como cada primavera. Un paso equipado con cadena nos llevará a la cima del Cap de Tastanós (1343 m) por su arista sur y el Cap de Gotzera (1282m), pasando por el curioso túnel de la Mina de l’Aigua y por la Font de l'Arç. Realizaremos un taller de orientación en la cima, aprendiendo a leer el terreno y a movernos por la montaña cada vez con más seguridad y confianza. **🔗 DETALLES TÉCNICOS** \- Ruta circular \- Distancia: 12\.5 km \- Desnivel de subida: 800 m \- Tiempo estimado con paradas: 6h30’ \- Dificultad: **BAJA**. ### **La ruta: una jornada entre historia, bosque y panorámicas** Comienzas la excursión en **Els Hostalets d’en Bas**, un pueblo con encanto cuya historia está muy ligada al antiguo *Camí Ral* que unía Vic con Olot y que servía de vía de transporte de mercancías (hoy en día son tramos de senda de montaña y pistas) . Desde allí te adentras por el **Camí Ral de Vic a Olot**, un sendero empedrado que sube en zig-zag entre **robledales y hayedos**, donde la sombra y el canto de los pájaros acompañan la caminata . Este tramo te va elevando progresivamente y, si te apetece, puedes hacer un pequeño desvío para ver curiosidades naturales como la **Mina dels Bandolers**, una estrecha hendidura en la roca que antiguamente se decía era refugio de bandoleros . Más arriba, el paisaje se abre y llegas a zonas de pastizales y claros donde las vistas ya empiezan a ampliarse hacia los **cingles y la amplia Vall d’en Bas**, con las montañas al fondo . Tu objetivo en altura es **Falgars d’en Bas**, un pequeño núcleo situado en altura (cerca de \~950 m), desde donde **las panorámicas son espectaculares**: puedes ver buena parte de la Garrotxa, el corazón del valle y, en días claros, las tierras y perfiles volcánicos que rodean Olot y más allá . Es un lugar ideal para una parada, recuperar energías y disfrutar de las vistas. La vuelta hacia Hostalets se hace cerrando el círculo por senderos y pistas descendentes que regresan por un trazado diferente, a menudo más empinado y técnico, hasta enlazar de nuevo con el camino de ida y, finalmente, con el pueblo. En total, la ruta suele rondar **unos 12 km y unas 3,5 horas de caminata** con desnivel acumulado moderado de +400 metros ideal si estás acostumbrado a caminar y quieres combinar naturaleza e historia . **De las mejores Calçotadas de la Garrotxa en la Vall de Bianya .** La calçotada tendrá lugar en el restaurante del camping de la Vall de Bianya, en plena comarca de la Garrotxa. Es un valle muy tranquilo, rodeado de montañas suaves, prados verdes y bosques, con masías de piedra típicas de la zona. En invierno el paisaje es muy bonito y rural, con aire limpio y olor a leña. En este entorno de naturaleza y calma disfrutaremos de una buena calçotada: empezaremos con los calçots a la brasa con salsa romesco, y después comeremos la tradicional parrillada de carne con acompañamientos y postre.
