Thank you!* About I absolutely love creating intuitive collages with people! It is an accessible and beautiful art form that is easy, efficient, fun and expressive. To create an intuitive collage, we simply cut out, glue and assemble various images to create a brand new picture. It does not need to make rational sense - it's all about letting go and allowing our intuition to guide us. Collage therapy involves the free-associative choosing of imagery and words, and recycling. Because collage is a projective technique, creating without preconceived intentions allows us to tap into our unconscious thoughts and emotions. The practical benefits of collage are: * Collages are easy to create, and no artistic skills are required. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Our January program is privileged to have Kristen Tregar as our speaker. Ms. Tregar is the co-author with John de Lancie (the actor who portrayed the character Q on Star Trek next generation) of a radio play depicting the events surrounding the Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District trial. The trial decided the issue of some of the Dover school district board members attempting to insert creationism disguised as "intelligent design" into the 9th grade biology curriculum. She will discuss the trial and the process of writing the play. (Bob Leonhard has seen the play and it is riveting and tense). Ms. Tregar's bio is below: Kristen Tregar is a dramaturg, director, playwright, and theatre teacher. She earned her Ph.D. in Drama and Theatre from the UC San Diego and UC Irvine joint program. In addition, she has a MS in Forensic Science from City University of New York- John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a MA in Educational Theatre from New York University- Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. In 2013, in collaboration with Irish colleagues, she founded *The Ireland Project*, an intercontinental devised theatre work with high school students in New York and Tallaght, Ireland. Her original short story "Far From Here" was recently published in *Stay Awhile Longer: More Scenes From Temecula Valley*. She has two rescued dogs (Kira and Harry) and she rides, competes, and foxhunts with her horses, Andromache and Baker Street Irregular. Food and drinks will be provided at the event.
