TOG will be open for a relaxed holiday hangout over the Christmas and New Year holidays. We'll be here on Tuesday 30th December from 12:00 Midday 'til late. **++Looking for new players++** We play a 6v6 outdoor game every Wednesday @ 8:00PM in SportsCo, Dublin 4. The pitch we use has been recently refurbished with plenty of space to move around (*bibs provided*). To encourage passing and flowing football, goals can only be scored from inside the penalty area. Games are played in a friendly atmosphere and slide tackles are prohibited. We generally don't have stick keepers and use a last-man back policy. There is a core group of regular players who have played with us for years but we also need a handful of pickup players (men) every week. If pickup players like the vibe they have the option to subscribe on a longer-term basis... usually €60-€70 per quarter. This game has been running on the same pitch for over a decade. The games are good quality with good technical players and played in a nice, competitive atmosphere.

Details: Ring out 2025 with a last blast in the hills climbing to Glencullen before a return to Dublin along the coast from Killiney. Distance: 50kms, 500m ascent. Note that there is a long unbroken climb of over 400metres from Rathfarnham up towards the Glencullen valley. Here is our plan for the day. We meet and leave Portobello Harbour, Rathmines at 10.30am. We cycle out through Terenure and Rathfarnham before beginning the 400metres climb up towards Glencullen. We will have a coffee/refreshments stop at Johnny Fox’s pub in Glencullen. From Glencullen we descend to join the coastal route from Killiney through Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock and back to the city. Please wear a helmet and bring a tube, etc., in case of a puncture. WAIVER & RELEASE: We are a group composed of volunteers. We are not a professional organisation. As such, each of us is responsible for our own safety and well-being during an organised event.
