Calling all North York singles! Join us for a fun and social evening of speed dating! Other speed dating events may get you 6-7 dates, but at 15 First Dates you'll be meeting up to 15 people! Not only that, we are holding this event at the beautiful Twilight Cafe, so your ticket includes 2 hours of board games play after speed dating ends. How speed dating works is that you will meet members of the opposite sex for quick dates, and then you will give them a yes or a no. They will then do the same thing for you. If there is a mutual match, contact information will be exchanged the next day. We will give you all needed materials, and explain the process to you once everyone has arrived. Welcome to Open Coffee! Hey friend! Open coffee meetup in downtown Toronto Wednesday at 8 AM at Boxcar Social in Waterworks. The event will be hosted by myself, Trevor Carlson. Open Coffee was started in Cedar Falls, Iowa and grew to over 500 members. I’m bringing the same concept to Toronto. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start.
