Se trabajan las bases de la postura, la coordinación y la musicalidad de manera accesible y progresiva. El objetivo es mejorar la conciencia corporal, la fuerza y la elegancia, disfrutando del movimiento desde el principio.

Come and learn Irish dancing in a fun and energetic way! There will be a lot of sweat and a lot of laughs. Then we'll head for a beer after. No dancing experience necessary, as long as you know your right and left. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. ¡Ven y aprende el baile irlandés de una forma divertida y enérgica.
