**Outdoor Movement Class — Vinyasa, Pilates & Yin** Join us for a feel-good hour in the Bois de Vincennes combining vinyasa yoga, pilates, bodyweight training and yin yoga. Come and join us every Saturday for a fun session of badminton. **This session is open for lower intermediates and above (no complete beginners allowed).** What that means is that you should have a grasp of doubles gameplay and be comfortable with short serves at minimum. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun.
