 Join us this upcoming Wednesday evening for some sweat and fun! 🎉💦 Our meeting point is on the concrete patio at the end of the central lawn before 7:00PM. Please arrive a few minutes early - skipping the warm-up puts you at greater risks for injuries. 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of workouts and 10 mins of stretching with tons of high-fives.
