Come as you are... it’s the best version of yourself. **ABOUT THE EVENT** So, you want to write? Then shut up and write! Writing is 0.01% "inspiration" and 99.99% getting down to it. We will meet for a circa **2,5 hour writing session at Ngoepi in Cilandak**, a cozy café with some tasty bites and a lovely garden near the MRT station Fatmawati Indomaret. It doesn't matter if you are an established writer or if you are picking up pen and paper for the first time. **Just show up, get down to it, and start writing.** Everyone will be working on their own thing, and we won't talk during writing. If you need some prompt or suggestion on what to write, I'll be happy to give you some ideas. After the circa 2,5 h writing session session, we will switch off our laptops and close our notebooks (but if you want to keep going, feel free!) and chill down. We can also share each other texts and give feedback, if that's something someone would like to do. **The rules of the game:** 1. We aim to start together in order not to disrupt the process for everyone. Please be on time. 2. No talking at the table during writing! The hosts, meditators and Kriya Yoga initiates for over 50 years, are direct disciples of Yogacharya J. Oliver Black one of Paramahansa Yogananda's most advanced male disciples. He is the founder of Golden Lotus, Inc., which owns & operates 'Song of the Morning' an 800 acre Yoga Retreat Northest of Gaylord, MI on the Pigeon River. Paramahansa Yogananda founded Self Realization Fellowship, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and is the author of the Spritual Classic, 'Autobiography of a Yogi.'

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out. Optional lunch after! If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!

We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead. Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.
