You don't need any acting/stage experience to join us. It is meant for beginners and improvers. **What we will do:** *Group exercises to warm up and feel safe playing - Play improvised scenes Each person has their own way of improvising, of playing characters, that are fun for an audience to watch and fun to play. Maybe the mind, with its judgment and fear, is now hiding this part of you. The goal of our workshops is to unlock that part of you by providing a safe environment and the tools to improvise. **About the Location:** We are meeting at the Iveagh Gardens; next to the fountain behind the rose garden (search for a grey bike with brown saddle). You are all very welcome to join our new in-person meditation meeting, every Saturday at Navan library from 10:00 to 11:30 (Ukrainian) and from 12:00 to 13:30 (in English). At the weekly meditation meetings, you will learn how to achieve a state of true meditation. We will also show you how to meditate at home and how to keep your subtle system in balance. You will be introduced to the practice of Sahaja Yoga and its benefits, followed by a guided meditation and a short video talk by Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga). In a relaxed atmosphere, you are welcome to clarify any questions and talk about your experience. ​ Classes are all FREE OF CHARGE. No prior appointment is necessary and no prior experience or knowledge of meditation is required for these classes. The techniques you learn are not based on physical exercises and can be done sitting on a chair or the floor. Wearing something comfortable will help you relax.

Join me outside in Sandycove for an outdoor yoga class every Sunday from 24 May. Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to more experienced practitioners. Come solo or bring a friend, we’ll be grabbing a coffee nearby after class too if you would like to join. Classes take place rain or shine, so come dressed in layers and bring your own mat. All you need is yourself and a willingness to move and breathe in the fresh air.

Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **35/45 minute strength building + endurance**: to build muscle and endurance. **Explore Ballinstoe Wood in County Wicklow.** * **Meeting Point : St. Stephen’s Green Main Entrance (Opposite side of the Shopping Centre).** * **When : Sunday,** **28th of May.** * **Time : 10:30 AM.** **We will be meeting at St. Stephen’s Green at 10:30 AM, waiting 5 Minutes then we will be walking to the Glendalough Bus Stop.** **We are talking the** **Scheduled 181 Bus to Glendalough at 11:00 AM.** **“Bus Takes CARD, LEAP CARD AND FREE TRAVEL PASS”.** * **Bus Duration 16 Stops (53 Minutes).** **We will be getting off the Bus at Djouce Golf Club Stop and walking 26 Minutes (1.8 KM) to the Starting Point.** **When we reach the starting point we will start our trail loop around Ballinastoe Wood.** * **Duration 2-3 Hours** * **Distance 6.9 KM** **This is a scenic trail with Beautiful views of the forest and with wildlife (please be careful)** **Some of the path is closed so we will need to take Diversions.** **When we finished the loop, we will walk to Roundwood Town for roughly 1 Hour.** **When we return to Dublin from Roundwood, the Bus is scheduled at 18:00 PM.** **“Every event is 5 Euro’s, you can pay by using Revolut or Cash.”** **I good to see you there !**
