**Du möchtest Deine Freundschaften, Partnerschaft & Arbeitsbeziehungen verbessern? Dieser Worskhop kann ein groĂer Schritt dazu sein.**
Beziehungs- und Bindungstypen sind ein weit verbreitetes Modell, um typisches Verhalten in verschiedensten Beziehungen erklÀren.
Warum klammert jemand? Warum Drama? Warum RĂŒckzug? Warum KĂ€lte? Warum Unsicherheit, NervositĂ€t und Ărger? --- und wie sieht eine sichere & gute Beziehung aus (und fĂŒhlt sich an).
Die Annahme: Ereignisse der frĂŒhen Kindheit & der Erziehungsstil unserer Eltern prĂ€gen, wie wir als Erwachsene unsere Partnerschaften, Freundschaften & Arbeitsbeziehungen leben.
FĂŒr manche gut. FĂŒr manche weniger gut.
Ich setze mich mit den Beziehungstypen auseinander, weil ich glaube, dass sie einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Gestaltung von Freundschaften haben (und auf Liebesbeziehungen sowie menschliche Beziehungen jeglicher Art).
Dabei habe ich entdeckt, dass ich oft einen vermeidenen Beziehungsstil habe - ich weiche lieber aus, trenne mich oder spreche Probleme nicht an, weil ich wahrscheinlich in meiner Kindheit aus unterschiedlichen Ereignissen gelernt habe... dass bringt eh nichts, ich kann anderen nicht vertrauen, das macht man nicht, meine BedĂŒrfnisse sind nicht wichtig, usw.
In der Auseinandersetzung mit den Beziehungs- / Bindungstypen habe ich bemerkt, wie gut es mit tut, mit anderen mich darĂŒber auszutauschen.
Weil:
* Ich bin nicht allein.
* Ich lernen die GefĂŒhle anderer kennen
* Ich entwickle ein gutes GefĂŒhl fĂŒr die anderen Beziehungsstile (nicht nur meinen)
* Ich löse das Thema fĂŒr mich Schritt fĂŒr Schritt - und werde immer sicher in meinen Bindungen & Beziehungen.
In eine Workshop-Beschreibung zu schreiben, dass ich mich oft beim vermeidenden Beziehungsstil entdecke... ist kein Vermeiderverhalten mehr đ. Halleluja!

Ich lade Dich zu diesem Workshop ein, damit Du einen weiteren Schritt Richtung mehr Leichtigkeit & Ehrlichkeit in Beziehung gehen kannst. Ich werde eine kleine EinfĂŒhrung zu den Bindungsstilen geben - und dann steht der Austausch miteinander im Mittelpunkt:

Worum es geht:
"Kann ein Walfisch ein Wellensittich sein?"
\~> NatĂŒrlich nicht, denn SĂ€ugetiere sind niemals Vögel.
"Kann ein Fenster ein GetrÀnk sein?"
\~> Jeder weis, das ist unmöglich, denn Festkörper sind keine FlĂŒssigkeiten.
ABER:
"Kann eine Demokratie eine Republik sein?"
"Kann eine Vermutung eine Meinung sein?"
"Ist etwas zu begreifen das Selbe wie etwas zu verstehen?"
\~> Tja, jetzt wird's schwierig!
Und es wird spannend...
Nichts regt dermaĂen zum nachdenken an wie dieses neue Gesellschaftsspiel.
Die Spielregeln:
1. Jeder schreibt einen Begriff auf einen Zettel.
2. Die Zettel werden paarweise gezogen.
3. Per Beamer werfen wir die Bedeutung der zwei Wörter an die Wand.
4. jeder kann per Laptop (zur Not auch per Smartphone) die Bedeutung ergĂ€nzen / editieren, muss dafĂŒr ggf. Beispiele angeben warum etwas gleich sein können soll, oder nie gleich sein kann.
5. nach einer Zeit fÀllt niemandem mehr etwas ein. Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen den beiden Begrifflichkeiten sind deutlich herausgearbeitet.
Dann wird der Punktestand gezÀhlt:
(+1) Jeder verbliebene neue Beitrag in der Bedeutung ergibt einen Pluspunkt
(-2) aber jeder wieder gelöschte neue Beitrag gibt zwei Minuspunkte.
(+5) jede Verbesserung der bisherigen Bedeutung in Reclue ergibt plus 5 Pluspunkte
Die Auffassungen aller Mitspieler werden viel klarer, erst recht wenn man hÀufig mitspielt.
Ziel des Spiels ist nicht, dass irgendwer am meisten Punkte sammelt, sondern, dass alle zusammen ĂŒberhaupt auf mehr als 50 Punkte kommen.
Das Spiel funktioniert auch mehrsprachig.
Man kann auch von Zuhause aus online mitmachen. Den Zugang können wir dann ĂŒber die Kommentare hier organisieren.
Bring deinen Laptop mit, dann wird es einfacher...
Warum macht das Spiel klug?
Schach trainiert das Konzentrationsvermögen. Aber es hat mit der Wirklichkeit nichts zu tun.
Dieses Spiel hingegen schon, denn genau mitdenken zu können setzt voraus genau zu unterscheiden.
Andernfalls assoziiert man das eine sprunghaft mit irgendetwas anderem. Aber ob die Assoziationskette notwendiger Weise der Fall ist, ist nicht klar - und andere Aspekte sind vll. viel wichtiger.
Und dann irrt man in wirren Assoziationen, entscheidet wenig optimal, verliert Zeit, usw.
Mit der Ăbung ĂŒber dieses Spiel nicht mehr!
Wer die Bedeutung der Wörter sauber ausdifferenziert wird immer klĂŒger.

"Can a window be a drink?"
\~> Everyone knows that's impossible.
"Can a democracy be a republic?"
"Can a conjecture be an opinion?"
"Is grasping something the same as understanding something?"
\~> Well, now it gets tricky!
And it gets exciting...
Nothing stimulates thought quite like this new party game.
The rules:
1. Everyone writes a term on a slip of paper.
2. The slips of paper are drawn in pairs.
3. We project the meaning of the two words onto the wall using a projector.
4. Everyone can add to/edit the meaning using a laptop or smartphone, and must provide examples of why something could be the same, or could never be the same.
5. After a while, no one can think of anything else. The differences and similarities between the two words are clearly highlighted.
Then the score is tallied:
(+1) Each new entry adding meaning earns one point.
(-2) However, each deleted entry deducts two points.
(+5) Each improvement on the existing meaning in Reclue earns five points.
The understanding of all players becomes much clearer, especially with frequent play.
The goal for the entire group is to reach at minimum 50 points.
The game also works in multiple languages.
You may join us from home using the internet. Comments in meetup-app will be used to organize that it works.

Hey everyone,
We are doing a casual non-professional swim. It's an indoor heated (+26°C) pool, and I'd love for you to join us! We'll be gathering for a casual chill 30-minute swim. No need to race or compete, just enjoy the water and calm after completing the swim.
Afterwards we go to a nearby café for coffees and chat, but no pressure to stick around - totally optional!

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation donât just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
