Are you looking to try out ceramics or up-skill your existing knowledge? Look no further! This workshop is standalone or you can book a block of 4 that need not be consecutive. It takes place in a very spacious and bright studio and you are welcomed to come with your own ideas or simply follow along and let your creativity blossom during the mindful 3 hours of making. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to create functional ware or small sculptural work. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are mainly run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to practice their English. **Sábado, 28 de Marzo** \| Os proponemos una salida completa a las puertas del Parque Natural del Montseny\. Una ruta de **nivel intermedio** donde combinaremos la naturaleza con la historia del impresionante Castillo de Montsoriu. ## 📍 El Plan Saldremos de barcelona en tren, aprox 10:30am y llegaremos a Barcelona a las 19:00pm aprox. Caminaremos unos **17 km** en total (con unos 4 km de ascenso más marcado) que haremos a ritmo tranquilo para disfrutar del entorno. Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games! The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and make friendships that'll last a lifetime!
