### Celebrate Pride and Prom Together! For many older LGBTQIA+ folks, Prom has been problematic. Perhaps you never had the opportunity to attend this high school ritual as your authentic self or to take the date of your choice. Whether your prom was fabulous fun or you'd like a do-over, this Prom is for YOU! Rewrite your Prom story and join us for an inclusive night of fun, music, and community at the Library. Dance the night away with old friends or make new ones - couples, singles, and groups are welcome. Dress to impress for the photo booth and friendly dance contest! As always, allies are welcome! Free drum jam in a beautiful park, welcoming community. We start at 6:30 and jam until 9:30 at latest, the park closes at 10:00. Please bring a chair or stool to sit on. It's a short walk across the bridge from the parking lot and the whole area is well lit after dark. Park near the large, white restroom building. We always have first timers as well as regulars and we all have fun drumming together. Bring your drum if you have one.
