A most delightful and beautiful walk of around 6.5/7 miles following the Regents Canal into Victoria Park and then the Hertford Canal to the various waterways of the Olympic Park in Stratford. The walk will start at 10am. Please bring water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers.
