Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, non-marking footwear with heelstrap and sunblock. There is a toilet and drinking water on board.
