Welcoming the Age of Wisdom
Welcoming the Age of Wisdom
Welcoming the Age of Wisdom: A Women’s Circle (40+) Circling and meditative journey through peri- and post-menopause to reclaim your power, purpose, and authenticity. Are you feeling your body shifting? Is "brain fog" clouding your days, or sleep becoming a rare guest? Perhaps the roles you’ve played for years—at home or in your career—no longer feel like they fit. Society calls this a crisis. We call it an **Initiation**. In this intimate gathering at the **Commons Hub**, in the Angel Room, we will explore the transition of the 40+ years not as a loss of youth, but as the birth of the **Wise Woman**. With a guided meditation and a very gentle and ancient sound of a **Shamanic Drum**, we will meet the archetype of the Crone—the one who no longer needs to please everyone and is finally ready to say "yes" to herself. **What to expect:** * **The Alchemy of Change:** Insights on how hormonal shifts can actually liberate your voice and boundaries. * **Gentle Drum Meditation:** A guided meditation to connect with the archetype of the Wise Woman and the Great Mother. * **Intimate Sharing Circle:** A safe, confidential space (maximum **10 participants**) to share the challenges and joys of this life transition. * **Honoring the Transition:** Shifting the narrative from "symptoms" to "wisdom." **Registration:** [https://forms.gle/NebzHxP3qpvmqNgU8](https://forms.gle/NebzHxP3qpvmqNgU8) **Note:** * **Availability:** Limited to 10 women to ensure an intimate and sacred space. * **Energy Exchange:** Donation-based (Pay what feels right). It is a donation-based event. The 18th Brussels Saint Patrick’s Day Parade of the Nations & Regions takes place on Sunday 15th March 2026. We are looking for stewards, musicians, social media helpers and community volunteers to help bring next year’s St Patrick’s Day Parade to life. The parade celebrates the Irish national holiday and the global story of Irish people who have made their homes around the world. Here in Brussels, it is a chance to share Irish art, music, and culture with the wider community and to welcome everyone, Irish or not, into the spirit of inclusion and openness. The event also shines a light on Brussels as a diverse and international capital. It brings together people from many nations and regions, highlights the city’s architecture and heritage, and shows how Belgium and Ireland share long and surprising links stretching back to the 6th century. By joining the volunteer team, you will help create a lively, family-friendly day in the heart of the city. Your support helps us grow a parade that reflects the best of Brussels and strengthens the bonds between our communities. Mithila Painting
Mithila Painting
Hello and welcome! Join us for a guided session on Mithila painting to unwind and start your week with serenity and intention. This painting technique has been preserved and passed down over generations by women who have made it their way of self expression and connecting with the world, even in times when they had limited autonomy on their lives. Let this powerful medium relax you in a fun and creative way. Let the chatter in your mind flow away with each stroke of your brush or pen, as we try to find the answer to a simple question through art: "Who am I?" Who knows, maybe you find the quiet within you, hidden among all the chaos, or you end up making good friends over some paint and a cup of coffee or tea! Either way, this is a safe space where everyone is welcome. Rules: 1. This event is free and all materials will be provided on spot. 2. Seats are limited on a first come first served basis, so don't forget to register. 3. You don't need to be an artist or an expert, just join as you are! :) 4. Be present in the moment and respectful of others sharing the space. Location: Mir Concept Coffee Store, Place Jourdan, Etterbeek Date: 8 March Time: 10:00-12:00

Sometimes, it took them more than one attempt before being able to join.* *Occasionally, people reach out to me before the event, and I have always been grateful for that as it offers the opportunity to communicate with each other and to find the best and most gentle way for that person to join the group.* *I would like to encourage everyone who struggles with this to contact me before. It would really be too bad if you can't join us, as it mostly gets better the second or third time you come.* *In addition to that, if you arrive and notice any signs of nervousness or fear, you can always let me know right then.* **THANK YOU AND SEE YOU ALL ON Saturday!**
