Zareh has had various accolades since opening in August last year. The Middle Eastern restaurant received the New Restaurant of the Year award from Broadsheet and The Age’s Good Food Guide, and has already been hatted. Zareh celebrates the head chef’s Armenian and Lebanese heritage and tables are in demand. I’ve booked for 5 Fine Diners to enjoy the set menu at $95 per person for dinner from 6pm on Thursday 12 March. ## Fairway Friends Opening Round – Herndon Centennial Join us for the **first Fairway Friends – NoVA meetup round** at **Herndon Centennial Golf Course**. Fairway Friends is a relaxed golf group for **gay and bi men over 40 in Northern Virginia and the DMV** who enjoy playing golf, meeting good people, and getting outside during the week. For our opening meetup we’ll play **18 holes** and get to know each other on the course. This isn’t a golf instruction group — just a group of guys who enjoy the game and good company. All skill levels are welcome! The goal is simple: play golf, meet like-minded guys, and build a small group that enjoys getting together regularly. **Course:** Herndon Centennial Golf Course **Format:** 18 holes **Tee Time:** Around 8:30–9:00 AM (final time will be posted once we see how many are playing) If you're interested, RSVP and we’ll coordinate tee times as we get closer to the date. Join the Global Food & Culture group as we gather at Enatye Ethiopian Restaurant to explore traditional dishes served on injera. If you’re open to sharing, we can create a few shared platters so everyone can sample a variety of dishes — but individual ordering is perfectly fine too. Enatye is a small restaurant and does not make reservations so they recommended the 2-4 pm time frame. We’re initially capping this at 12 guests to keep the experience comfortable and conversational. If interest is strong and the restaurant can accommodate, we may open additional spots. The good news is that they will bill each of us separately! Come hungry. Come curious.
