Voix et violoncelle Mettre le mental au repos. Bain sonore méditatif violoncelle et voix avec une préparation du corps et de l'esprit par le Qi Gong endocrinien et la respiration, selon Kar Fung Wu. À la recherche d'un effet transformationnel optimal j'ai assemblé ce qui est relié aux fondements de la Vie et qui active le système nerveux parasympathique réparateur : la lumière par le souffle, la fluidité de l'eau par le mouvement, le son par des instruments capables de transmettre à la fois la douceur et la clarté cristalline : le violoncelle ( - le son fait résonner le bois, la matière la plus douce selon la Médecine Traditionnelle Chinoise -) et la voix humaine et des baleines( - faisant résonner un corps de mammifère vivant) dont les résonances touchent en profondeur. Ce voyage musical s'inscrit dans le cadre des **Journées des Arts** organisées par l'école de philosophie Nouvelle Acropole. Ces journées sont une invitation à changer de regard à travers l'art. Chér.e.s Group Elements, (Oui, comme dans un groupe mathématique 🧮🙂) Retrouvons-nous pour la 6e Nuit de l’Astronomie à l’Institut d’Astrophysique de Paris ! Cette année, l'événement est **consacré aux galaxies**, à l'occasion du **centenaire de la découverte d'Edwin Hubble** montrant que la nébuleuse d'Andromède était en réalité une galaxie semblable à la nôtre. Cette découverte a profondément transformé notre vision de l'Univers et ouvert un siècle d'exploration cosmique. Au fil de la soirée, des chercheuses et chercheurs présenteront l'état actuel de nos connaissances sur les galaxies : de la Voie Lactée et du Groupe Local jusqu'aux premières galaxies apparues quelques centaines de millions d'années après le Big Bang. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure. Since many of us haven't yet had the opportunity to meet, we'll begin by getting to know one another and sharing what brought us to this community. We'll also explore one of the most common challenges many women experience during this season of life: sleep. Whether you're navigating insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, racing thoughts, night sweats, exhaustion, burnout, or simply not feeling rested, you're not alone. This will be a relaxed, low-pressure coffee shop meetup focused on connection and conversation. No need to prepare anything. No pressure to share. Come as you are.
