Or did we just stop arguing?** This month we open the facilitator's toolbox and test, hands-on, several techniques for building real consensus: prioritizing, gauging support with Kaner's Gradients of Agreement, getting to the true source of disagreement. You won't watch a presentation - you'll be part of the group, we'll test the tools together and reflect on what kind of situations they are best used. Come ready to disagree productively. Based on the novel Roadside Picnic, it is NO picnic, but rather one of the masterpieces of world cinema.
