In this gentle aerial yoga class, we use a soft fabric hammock suspended just 10 cm above the floor. The hammock supports your body as you move, helping you stretch more deeply, improve flexibility, and build strength in a new way. With the fabric holding part of your weight, you can explore each pose with more ease, sometimes with a soft sway, sometimes with a bit of challenge. We combine mobility, strength, and relaxation, and finish with a peaceful Savasana in the hammock. ### **Portrait & Model Direction Workshop with Stefan Rappo** A hands-on workshop with the Swiss, Paris based photographer **Stefan Rappo**, focused on **portrait photography** and **directing models**. **Photo Laundry is an exhibition made up of images from its visitors.** We offer photographers the chance to showcase their work on a laundry line under the open sky. No matter your age or experience level, you can bring up to **five photos** per featured topic (Exception: Photo Laundry Challenge) and hang them on the lines.
