After a short winter hibernation, we are back for warmer weather events!
We'll kick things off with our monthly social at [Rehab Tavern ](http://rehabtavern.com/) located in Franklinton!

You'll find us at a large table with CAC flyers and placards!
We'll be discussing what warm weather events you'd like to see such as hiking, biking, kayacking, etc!
Neurospicy Columbus - Join us for Stauff's Coffee and Book Loft
Join Neurospicy Columbus at the Stauff's for coffee and then a stroll through the Book Loft nearby!
This will be a friendly chat for like minded individuals with Autism and/or ADHD (or somewhere on the Neurodiverse Spectra).
Carfagna's Live Music, Wine and Dinner
Enjoy a bit of Columbus culinary history at Carfagna's market, wine bar and ristorante. We will gather for a glass of wine or two in the wine bar at 6:30 with dinner at 7pm. Arrive early if you like, shop and place your items in a cooler in your car.
This is a pay-on-your-own event. I will have a reservation for twenty (20) at 7pm. Message me if you want to be on my table.

Coffee, Music, laugh-out-loud & Harnessing Your ADHD Superpower
Hey awesome ADHDers! Come stop blaming ourselves for our funny "mistakes" and start celebrating our magical power with ADHD. No promotions & no therapists, we're just a bunch of awesome ADHDers getting together to inspire each other on what we can do (and others can't!) because of our super brains, hear funky stories about how we mess up with certain things sometimes (and have some good laughs) and (serious part here:) learn how to harness your power in both work and relationships, and (most importantly) sip some coffee.
Meanwhile, we'll be sharing some good music that we find really helps with certain emotional states we go roller-coaster through.
But if none of these makes you sign up (continue reading plz!)... come meet Lorien, an OSU sophomore, ADHD 17, physics & philosophy double major, language coach, 10 years of classical guitar, 13 years of karate, 16 years of equestrian, and a startup founder.
