**Um was geht es dieses mal?** **Das Ende der Code-Ära: Warum Domain Modeling & Harness Engineering die wichtigsten Skills 2026 sind. - Benjamin Font Pera (codecentric)** "Die Ära, in der Softwareentwicklung primär durch das Beherrschen von Programmiersprachen und Frameworks definiert wurde, ist vorbei. Wer 2026 noch versucht, über reine Syntax-Kenntnisse Wertschöpfung zu generieren, hat gegen agentische KI-Systeme bereits verloren. Die eigentliche Herausforderung hat sich nach links verschoben: in die präzise Definition von Problemen und die Konstruktion von Leitplanken. In diesem Talk räume ich mit dem Mythos auf, dass KI uns das Denken abnimmt. Im Gegenteil: Die Verantwortung steigt. Ich stelle das Konzept des Harness Engineering vor – die Kunst, fachliche Anforderungen so in Test- und Evaluationsgerüste zu gießen, dass KI-Systeme darin verlässlich operieren können. Als Agentic Coding Engineer und AI Coach zeige ich auf, warum Fachlichkeit zur wichtigsten technischen Fähigkeit wird. Wenn die KI Code generiert oder “halluziniert”, ist das tiefe Verständnis der Domäne das einzige verlässliche Werkzeug zur Qualitätssicherung. 📍 AH to go, inside of the Hilversum Station, 10:30 → Pinetum → back by ~15:00 🚶‍♂️ Short walk (~20–30 min each way) 🎯 Main location: Pinetum Blijdenstein (€4 entry) This time we’re keeping it shorter and focusing on one beautiful spot: the Pinetum — a small botanical garden dedicated to pine trees, full of interesting shapes, textures, and quiet corners to sketch. We’ll meet at Hilversum Station at 10:30, walk together to the garden (arriving around 11:00), and spend about 2-2,5 hours sketching. There are some benches, but not many — please bring a foldable chair or something you can sit on, if possible. Around 14:00, we’ll head back toward the station. If people feel like it, we can grab drinks and maybe lunch at Mout before wrapping up around 15:00. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start.
