Every Sunday from 3pm Board Games in Vauxhall Come join us for a new board game event in Vauxhall! We're heading to the Riverside pub from 3pm to play board games (all board/card games welcome). Easily accessible from the Northern Line, Victoria Line, Vauxhall overground and Vauxhall Bus Station. Bring some games, or just bring yourself, and join a friendly community of gamers for some relaxed Sunday fun!

Join us for social bridge without the formality of a tournament. Advice on bidding and play Is available to those who are still learning the basics. I sometimes bring along set boards for improvers to work through if they so desire. The Royal Oak is one of London’s most traditional pubs, and serves an excellent range of beers and drinks. They Also Serve Sunday roast til about 7pm. There is a £1 fee (or £5 per year) to cover Meetup fees and we do ask that you spend at least £5 at the bar.

## Welcome to Relaxed Mafia Come and play Mafia, an exciting social deduction game, in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Players of all levels of experience are welcome, including complete beginners. There is a recommended donation of between £5 and £10 to help us to cover our Meetup fees. If you can't afford this though, then don't let this stop you coming! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

What we play will depend on the group as a whole. **Please note**: the RSVP count shown on Meetup reflects only part of the group, as most players book through other channels. This is an informal Open Play session for players of all levels who want quality table time in a relaxed but high-energy setting. There is no coaching, just the freedom to train, play games, and mix with others throughout the session. Most attendees come alone. The manager will suggest partner changes roughly every 15 minutes to keep things fresh, though rotation is optional. Spare bats are available to borrow at no extra cost. Capacity is limited to 20 players, so advance booking is strongly advised. **PRICES** Open Play Ticket (2 hours): £25 Book online in advance to secure your place. Walk-in Ticket (2 hours): £35 per person Pay the manager by contactless card at the start of the session.

This event will take place in the Ballroom, so more space for everyone. Looking to play some longer games, or just fill a lazy Sunday? Well why not join us at The Bedford for an extended gaming session. You are of course welcome to stay as long you like, you can leave when you've scratched your gaming itch at any time. As these sessions are normally for longer games, a lot of people arrange games before hand in the chat, if you see one you would like to play, just reply and ask if there is space, easy. You'll welcome to bring your own games (it would be great if you could teach as well), or just join in with one of the others someone brings. There will be plenty of choice no doubt. Good fun, great company and delightful location are (almost) guaranteed, with excellent food and drink on hand. If it's your first time just ask for Rocky, or someone in the hi-vis jacket. Some of our old hands will be wearing badges, so you could ask them. We'll endeavour to get you into a game that suits you and your gaming level. Please remember to read the club description for our rules (there aren't many), and remember, please don't bring in food or drink from outside, we are getting the room for free and we don't want to jeopardise this. Please be mindful that we are in a small space and that other members will need to explain rules and focus. As a small group of volunteers, we are very dependent on the good will of our venues to host us for free. Thanks for being a part of the CABS Meetup Group! We meet @ the COFFEE UNDERGROUND on Indianola Avenue. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can be challenging. There is a parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.

Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.

Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.

We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome. Post your skill level and a suggested court in the comments section so we can round up as many players as we can for some tennis fun!
