Join us at our weekly Balfolk dancing session in the **NED O'SHEAS pub from 4 to 6pm!** 💃 Learn folk dances from many countries, meet people from all over the world and enjoy some live music at the end of the session! 🪕🎻🪗 Beginners and two-left feet people are welcome! You won’t be left on your own to figure out the steps as we will provide guidance and instructions. 🙂 Entry is free but donations [suggested €5] are welcome to help develop the group and support the organization of special events with professional dancers and musicians. 🥳 Don’t hesitate to give it a try, new people join us all the time and the group is very welcoming. Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! All **ages, genders and fitness levels welcome**! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **5 minute plyo:** Train explosiveness at your level. **35/45 minute strength**: to build muscle. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level. **15 minute HIIT:** for some happy endorphins! Join me for a swim on Sunday. High tide is 14.30 or so and we will have plenty of water. In the sea anyways and hopefully not falling from the sky for a change. Either way, it’s guaranteed to leave you feeling better. Take care to know your limits in the cold water, especially at this time of year. We can go for coffee and chats afterwards.

Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.

The firm will try to defend the ghost's rights and help uncover the reason why the landlord is so desperate to move on and erase the building's history. * 🧑‍🚀 **Wojtek** guiding a starship crew through an abandoned colony in the sci-fi survival horror scenario, *Mothership: Another Bug Hunt*. The colonists on Samsa-VI have lost contact with the Company. But they've gained contact with something else. The players' crew must re-establish communications with a remote terraforming colony. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
