Cada setmana fem una sessió diferent aprofitant el moment lunar en el qual ens trobem, per exemple lluna plena: agraïment, lluna minvant: deixar anar... El pes central de la sessió està en la pràctica de ioga, però també fem una meditació profunda d'uns 10 min mínim i una conclusió de la sessió expressada a través de l'escriptura terapèutica o de l'expressió artística. How do we tell our own stories? What do our personal histories say about the collective human experience? The biggest advice from writing professors is usually to “write what you know,” and nowhere is this more evident than in autobiographical writing – be it fiction, non-fiction, poetry or genre-bending works. Authors from Charlotte Brontë to Ocean Vuong have used their personal experiences to dictate their writing and capture a universal message that strikes a chord with others. In this workshop, **we’ll explore how to channel our inner stories and write from a place that moves us** – at the end of the day, whether or not what ends up on paper is “factually true” will be beside the point. **Please bring a notebook and pen, or a computer or tablet, in order to do a few writing exercises. You can also purchase notebooks at the bookshop.** *About the host:* **Lucia Benavides** is an Argentine-American writer and journalist. She has published several personal essays in LA Review of Books, Literary Hub and The Washington Post. From 2017 to 2022, she served as the NPR correspondent from Spain. She’s currently working on her first novel.

She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with research experience at King’s College London and Google UK. Her work focuses on turning advances in machine learning and generative AI into real-world systems, leading initiatives across large-scale data, cloud infrastructure and production-ready AI. Alongside her industry role, Jordina is an associate professor at UOC and La Salle (Ramon Llull University), contributing to research and teaching in computer vision, generative AI and machine learning. Her work has been recognised through international awards including Google Women Techmakers, McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders and the Ada Byron Young Award. **Konstantin Matskevich – Building Computer Vision Systems for Real-World Environments** Konstantin Matskevich is a Computer Vision Lead at Twindo (formerly Canvas), where he leads the development and productionisation of computer vision systems for 3D scanning, SLAM and Scan2CAD conversion. With a background in autonomous driving and perception systems, he has worked across the full lifecycle of computer vision technologies, from research and modelling to real-world deployment. At Twindo, Konstantin focuses on translating state-of-the-art research into production-ready systems, working with technologies such as 3D Gaussian Splatting and spatial machine learning models, while building scalable architectures and leading engineering teams.
