**About the experience: 🍃༄** Winding things down in December creates the perfect rhythm to immerse yourself in nature. This practice of **natural embodiment** **is a not a hike nor is it meant to be therapy** \- it is a slow\, reflective\, and embodied practice\. During the session, we move at an unhurried pace and pause often. Through nature-inspired invitations, such as listening to the sand, holding a natural object, or resting in stillness — we allow nature to meet us where we are, without trying to fix or force anything. This practice draws on somatic awareness, gentle attention, and non-linear exploration. Experiences may feel calming, emotional, grounding, or quietly insightful — each person’s experience will be different. There is no expectation to perform, share, or achieve anything. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. I do not claim to facilitate Forest Therapy as that is not my training or intention. This is purely my own craft and passion, led by my heart and expertise. Therapy puts power outside you - but I believe that power, and nature, resides in you. Is this religious? * I come without religious leanings. However, you are free to integrate religion into your experience! I often find these experiences step between the physical and spiritual realm, and that can exist outside of religion. What if it rains? * If it rains, it depends what you want to do. If you need shelter, we will go to a suitable spot. If you want to dance in the rain, I'm sure the rain will only welcome you :)

The address is as follows;Oxley bizhub 1, Blk 65 Ubi road 1 #04-27 S(408729) [Directions](Drivers) 1) way one- Entering the building if you can find the ramp up, head to level 4.- Turn right once you exit- Follow the road (your car would across a bridge)- once across, head straight till the lift lobby- you should see a glass door to your left. Exit car & walk down the corridor till you find the "wooden door" (refer pic) 2) way 2- Entering building you head down basement- park & find blk 65 ( yellow colored)- head up either of the lifts- look for the wooden door (see pic), it is right in the middle of the corridor. (BMW aka Bus Mrt Walk)1) Way one- take mrt to Tai Seng- find exit B- once you see the light of day, turn right & keep walking straight till you are at the traffic light- you should see OXLEY BIZHUB logo on the building diagonally across you. Walk towards it- Refer to below for the rest of the way 2) way 2- if you can only take buses these are the ones you can take to trinity @ paya lebar8, 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 70m, 70, 76, 80, 158- the building is directly opposite trinity church (so no matter which side you alight. the building - OXYLEY BIZHUB, is opposite the church)- refer to further instructions below (BMW - part 2)- Entering the grand building up the stairs. Walk straight towards the middle building & find the lift lobby- once you find the lift, ONLY in the middle building. Press level 4 (if there is numbers above 4, you have taken the wrong lift)- exiting the lift (of the middle building) it should take you up to the swimming pool & fitness gym.Turn right!- we are right in the middle of that building you see right in front of you. - find the glass door that leads you to a straight corridor- find the "wooden door" ( refer to pic) Hope the above has been comprehensive

**\*TRAIL RUN GROUP\*** ***WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?*** \> This group is for anyone who has an interest in running in a forest or nature park\. \(not for hikers\) \> So\, whether you are a beginner or have years of experience\, this group will suit you since our goal is LEISURE\. \> For example\, in our trail run group\, we have both beginners & marathon runners\. ***WHAT TO EXPECT?*** \> Our pace is leisure\. \> We have participants of different ages\, ranging from 25 to 70 years\. \> Everyone has different level of fitness\. \> Each of us set our own pace; we do NOT pace one another\. We do have regular members who are tasked to pace the slow member\(s\) so that no one gets lost\. \> The run usually last about 30 \- 45 minutes depending on each individual's pace & fitness\. \> We currently have an average of 9 \- 12 regular runners\. \> We change our run venue every month \. \> We usually have a short dinner/drink after the run ***DISTANCE COVERED :*** 5 to 6km ***VENUE:*** We go all over Singapore for our trail adventures but our BASE VENUE is at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. ***TIMING:*** For trail runs, we meet once every 2 weeks on Sunday 5pm. We will tackle a mix of trail and stair climbs to simulate the kind of effort and strain experienced during multi-day hikes. This session focuses on consistency, not speed, ideal for beginners and experienced hikers alike who want to train smart. 🧳 What to Bring: * Backpack (with at least 5-7kg weight to simulate real conditions) * Minimum 1.5L of water * Light snacks or energy bars * Towel/small cloth * Rain gear or poncho (weather dependent) * Proper hiking shoes * Sunscreen and cap * EZ-Link card / small cash for lunch Note: Train smart.
