Hey! Please join us for the first of our Meetups of the new year the one to mark 1 year since the group's first Meet. Maybe we'll get a cake or a mariachi band or something. Who knows. Recently we've been setting a theme for the Meetup, to share experiences together and maybe learn from each other, although there's no obligation to stick to the theme and our conversations usually go in all different directions! We're going to cover a similar theme to last month's indoor meetup - how it feels to not fit in or be accepted. Have you been in situations where you have not fit in or been welcomed such as in the workplace any other context and have you made efforts to be accepted only to fall short? Have you ever felt excluded or shunned from a social circle for no apparent reason? Have you come to accept that being a rare personality type means there will be many occasions where you will feel like the odd one out and have you stopped trying to meet people where they are and gain their approval? Do you feel "normal" when alone but "odd" in certain group dynamics? Come and hopefully have a little bit of quiet sanctuary with us - the venue usually thins out as the evening goes along - last time we ended up being the last ones there. Please note you don't have to be well-versed on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to attend; we are merely looking to build a community of like-minded people for fun, support and connection. We'll meet on the 1st Floor of Picturehouse Central (Piccadilly Circus).
