Welcome to 'The Sin Sugar Project' - we are here to show up, make a difference and have some fun!! This is a space for people who are passionate about self care and food and its effects on the body, mind and soul! You don't eat lots of sugar already and ideally want to reduce A LOT or quit totally. My intention is we hold a space of learning and repetition, accountability and fun. The time will be spilt so its a nice balance of structure with useful practical tips with flow of some chat/sharing and then some methods and exercises that can help with routines and habits as well as communication with yourself and others. My intention is we make this as fun and relaxed as possible mixed in with helpful tools that keep us at optimal levels of motivation to stick with our plan and goals. The first 2-4 sessions could be in a public space, so could potentially limit our activities/session plan. Please bring a notebook, pen and water. As well as an open mind and passion for self help. Una excursión con raquetas de nieve desde la estación de esquí nórdico de **Aransa** hasta el **llac de la Pera** es una experiencia serena y envolvente, ideal para conectar con la alta montaña invernal. El recorrido comienza entre los **bosques de pino negro y abeto** que rodean la estación, donde el silencio solo se rompe por el crujir de la nieve bajo las raquetas. A medida que se gana altura, el paisaje se abre poco a poco y aparecen **claros amplios y laderas suaves**, cubiertos por un manto blanco que suaviza todas las formas. El camino, bien marcado, avanza de manera progresiva, sin grandes dificultades técnicas, permitiendo disfrutar del entorno sin prisas. Conforme se deja atrás el bosque, las vistas se vuelven más espectaculares: las **cumbres de la Cerdanya y el macizo del Puigpedrós** dominan el horizonte, transmitiendo una sensación de amplitud y aislamiento. El aire es limpio y frío, y la luz del invierno realza los contrastes entre el cielo azul y la nieve. La llegada al **llac de la Pera**, habitualmente cubierto de hielo y nieve, es el punto culminante de la excursión. El entorno es sobrio y majestuoso, rodeado de montañas que reflejan una calma casi absoluta. Es un lugar perfecto para hacer una pausa, contemplar el paisaje y sentir la tranquilidad profunda de la montaña en invierno antes de emprender el regreso. El proyecto tiene como objetivo reflejar la memoria histórica de la vivienda en Barcelona a través de la restauración y museización de una isla formada por 16 casas baratas del barrio obrero del Bon Pastor, uno de los cuatro polígonos construidos para asentar a la inmigración relacionada con la expansión industrial, la construcción del metro y la Exposición Internacional celebrada en Barcelona en 1929.
