Let Go of that Separate Version of Who you Think You Are !!! Shodo Harada Roshi. **What we do:** Are you interested in Meditation ? Perhaps you would be interested in our evening of Meditation? Our tradition is that of Rinzai Zen, our teacher Harada Roshi. Our main practice during the evening is Zazen, seated Meditation practice. Sitting together in silence we turn our attention inward and seek to awaken to the truth of that which we truly are. We start the evening with a round of Zazen(sitting Meditation) followed by Kinhin (walking Meditation), another round of Zazen and finishing with Chanting of a number of Sutras, including The Heart Sutra. Fifty years on, the Ulster Museum fashion collection stands stronger than ever. A collection reborn through significant acquisitions, a future-proof collecting policy and generous donations, making it one of the most important collections in Western Europe. *Ashes to Fashion* marks this extraordinary milestone with a stunning showcase of fashion from the eighteenth century to today, from historic garments to contemporary pieces by Chanel and Versace. The exhibition will feature rarely-seen items, including the sole survivor of the 1976 fire - the Lennox Quilt, an exquisite 18th-century embroidered quilt – which was not lost in the fire because it happened to be on display at the museum. Join us to **practise and improve your target language with native speakers on Thursday downstairs in River Bar** (Burgh Quay, Dublin 2) from **6.30pm to 8.30pm**. **Our system:** **• You sit opposite a native speaker of the language you're learning** **• You speak 5mins English, 5mins other language, then change table** This ensures everyone gets an equal opportunity to practise the language they're learning. Join us for this Thursday evening cycle on the southside of the city up to the Killakee viewpoint and back. It’s a decent climb and offers some great views over the city. 🚨Warning: this cycle has a steep/long climb. 🔴 Back and front lights on your bike are essential for this cycle. The total distance is 25km, and so not far but it has 350m of climbing taken on all at once. For perspective, 350m is about twice the amount of climbing as the Thursday Howth cycle. If you are unsure of your ability to do this, I recommend trying the Thursday Howth Cycle first. We do not go fast up the climb, we go as slow as needed. Here is our plan for the evening: 1️⃣We leave at 6:30PM from Swan Leisure 2️⃣We cycle south through Rathfarham and climb up to Killakee via Stocking Lane 3️⃣If time allows, we'll make a stop at The Merry Ploughboy pub for a break and refreshment before heading back to the start.
