Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. Tauche ein in die Welt der Ballettfotografie: Gemeinsam mit Lolita und Denys entsteht ein Foto-Workshop, der die direkte Begegnung und fotografische Zusammenarbeit mit einem Tanz-Duo in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Im Fokus stehen ausdrucksstarke Motive einzeln und zu zweit sowie Einblicke in den Berufsalltag von professionellen Bühnentänzerinnen und -tänzern. Bei diesem Workshop arbeiten wir mit einer Auswahl verschiedener Kostüme. **Was dich erwartet** Bei diesem Workshop habt ihr die Gelegenheit, das Gelernte direkt auszuprobieren, Fotos zu machen und Feedback zu bekommen. Seit nunmehr fast neun Jahren widmen sie sich zudem intensiv der Tanzfotografie und standen unzählige Male für Foto- und Videoaufnahmen verschiedenster Art vor der Kamera.
