GitHub Copilot Dev Days
Welcome to **GitHub Copilot Dev Days Tel Aviv**, the place where we stop talking about "AI as a chatbot" and start treating it like a specialized member of the engineering team.
Most developers use 10% of what GitHub Copilot can actually do. We’re here to show you the other 90%. From architecting complex systems to securing your code against modern threats, this isn't a "hello world" session. We’re bringing together top researchers and engineers to show you how AI-native development actually looks in the trenches.
### **The Game Plan**
* **09:30 – Know the Field \|** Doors open. Grab a seat and start talking.
* **10:00 – [Adi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/stein-adi/)** \| Welcome Notes

* **10:45 – [Marina](https://www.linkedin.com/in/marina-marenkov/) \|** GitHub-Native AI Coding in the Terminal
* **11:15 – Coffee & Fuel \|** Quick break. Drink something strong.
* **11:30 – [Avihai](https://www.linkedin.com/in/havihai/) & [Matan](https://www.linkedin.com/in/matan-shahar/) \|** Scaling IaC with GitHub Copilot
* **12:00 – [Elli](https://www.linkedin.com/in/elishlomo/)** \| Building an Offensive AI with Cli & GitHub Copilot
* **12:30 – The Panel** \| Tachles with real\-world Q&A and Debate
* **13:00 – Summary & Goodbye**
### **Who should attend?**
* **Devs & Architects:** You’re over the hype and want to master complex AI-native patterns.
* **Automation Geeks:** You live in the terminal and want to build agentic workflows with MCP.
* **The "No-Slides" Crowd:** You prefer live demos and broken code over polished marketing pitches.
* **Security Researchers & Red Teamers:** You want to see AI weaponized for vulnerability hunting and exploitation.

Stop Guessing: A Product Person's Guide to AI Adoption
## 🤝 Host Information
A co-hosted event by ProductTank Columbus & Women in Product Columbus
💡 About the Workshop
AI adoption is stalling across organizations — not because of a lack of motivation or tools, but because it's fundamentally a behavior design challenge.
This hands-on workshop applies proven Behavior Design models and methods to help you move from a vague organizational wish to boost AI adoption to 3-5 concrete, testable interventions you can act on starting tomorrow.
Whether you're a product manager, on a product team, or just someone trying to get AI to actually stick at work, you'll leave with a clear picture of what's worth focusing on, what to ignore, and how to drive real, sustained adoption — no guesswork required.
🛠️ What to Bring

AI Assistant: Have your favorite AI assistant pulled up. (Dom will be using Claude, but feel free to use whichever assistant you prefer!)

Then we will go into a topic discussion.
