A truly wonderful 8 mile walk in the lovely Essex countryside, a lake and delightful woods with a lunchtime stop in the idyllic renowned village of Stock ! Lets go with the flow! Train ticket : Ingatestone We shall buy group return train tickets at 10.15am for the train at 10.48am that arrives at Ingatestone at 11.15am. Or you may decide to drive. The walk shall commence by 11.25am. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc, waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers.
