Wofür bist du in diesem Moment dankbar? Dir selbst. Deinen Liebsten.

MBTI Summer Meetup w/Yash ☀️🌳✨@ Monbijou Park
MBTI Summer Meetup w/Yash ☀️🌳✨@ Monbijou Park
Hi everyone, join us on Sunday, July 12, at Monbijou Park for a fun afternoon all about MBTI and other interesting topics. Whether you’re deep into cognitive function theory or you just heard about MBTI this week, we’re happy to have you here. Looking forward to seeing you there! Our group aims to bring together people who are interested in self-development and self-improvement using MBTI and cognitive functions, in order to learn more about the theory and share our experiences with it. Another reason for this meetup is to meet people with whom you might potentially get along really well based on your type. This can lead to meaningful connections :)
Although the meetup is geared towards people who are interested in learning about MBTI theory and using it to improve their lives, our conversations aren’t only about that! We talk about anything and everything. So it's more like a regular social meetup with the aim of avoiding small talk :)
You can also join our WhatsApp group chat here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KzEwl2YD5K9F6adO7kvqPO

The course will start this Saturday at 10am. It will be in studio R at CCB studios. [https://maps.app.goo.gl/rFovxE7eG7HV6uB46](https://maps.app.goo.gl/rFovxE7eG7HV6uB46). Theres some blankets, yoga mats, cushions and chairs in the room that you can use. The plan will be for us to do some small discussions at the top and then start discussing theory before doing some meditations of increasing length and then closing with some time for Q & A. We will take a short break in the middle as well. The plan is to go from 10-12 roughly but we may end a little closer to 11:30 depending. This week will function primarily as a simple introduction to meditation and some topics in the space but we will also discuss what the Jhanas are. Looking forward! Any questions please just message me.
Walk of Shame
Walk of Shame
## **Walking is cathartic and so is talking.** ## **If you're interested in personal development, growing your emotional intelligence and overcoming inner obstacles in a safe and empowering space, this group is for you.** ## **Come join us and let's grow together.** I originally created this group 3 years ago and the group grew to over 300 people. I decided to let that group go, and start over. Welcome to the Walk of Shame 2.0 If you've joined events previously then the format will remain similar for our walks. And I hope to add a variety of other events to the mix. **This event is supposed to be a fun way to meet new people whilst walking and talking on the topic of shame or other tricky emotions.** Sometimes it’s easier to tell a stranger something we are ashamed about, instead of someone we know. This is a no-judgment space open to all. I ask you to come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to share of yourself and hold space for other peoples stories. **We’ll meet at the front of Schloss Charlottenburg on Sunday 12th July at 10.30am. I'll be holding a Swedish flag.** **English and German language are both welcome. I host in English** **What to Expect** **This event is an entirely FREE experience.** **The intention for this event is for you to practice talking about the topics you feel are taboo, get over your shyness, and/or things that happened in your life that you feel ashamed about.** Shame holds a power over you when you don’t speak it and feel it. It stops you from being able to be your true self. We’ll spend about 1-1,5 hours together walking through the beautiful gardens of Schloss Charlottenburg and weather permitting we’ll also find a nice spot to sit and do a circle sharing and some embodiment practices. **If you already feel a little embarrassed about the idea of sharing then this is DEFINITELY for you.** I’ve learnt that sharing of those taboo and shameful topics actually makes you realise that you were the only one making them a big thing. When you tell it, people respect and admire that you dared to share or that you overcame something difficult. People think you are brave and resilient. This forms real connection and cuts through the superficial bull-shit we all feel we have to aspire to. **I’ll break the ice by sharing something I feel shame about and then we’ll pair up as we walk. There is no strict agenda, but I’ll instigate a few partner changes to encourage some getting out of your comfort zone.** **What to Bring** Perhaps a small blanket to sit on and your morning drink of choice. But really nothing other than yourself. If the weather permits I’d like us to find a nice spot to sit together and do a group sharing. (This is where you’ll need the blanket) **About the Organiser** Hi I’m Kim! I’m a fun, open and energetic Swede who grew up in England and landed in Berlin 18 years ago. After a 20+ year career in design I realised I could not suppress my calling to work with people on a deeper more spiritual level. I have since retrained as a Transformative Life Coach and Emotional Release facilitator and now work predominantly in this field. I take a very holistic approach to life and my work and hope that my own stories and candidness may inspire others to overcome their limiting ‘stories’ too. Other than my 1:1 work I love to host talks, speak at events, host spiritual and lifestyle workshops and connect with people on a deeper level. On a final note, beyond my career change these last years I also left an unhappy marriage after 14 years, (as a mother a very difficult decision) healed my chronic pain and many other niggling health problems because I finally understood the emotional component and psychosomatic connection of mind and body. Following some catalyst moments in 2019 I decided to re-imagine my life. And have been working towards that dream life ever since. You can find me on insta @KimTalks__
Who Has the Right to Rule? Democracy, Autocracy, and Political Legitimacy
Who Has the Right to Rule? Democracy, Autocracy, and Political Legitimacy
The question of who has the right to rule is one of the central questions of political philosophy and history. Political power exists in every society, but power alone does not make rule legitimate. A government may control laws, police, courts, and institutions, yet still lack moral and political justification. Political legitimacy means that authority can be justified to the people who are subject to it. Historically, rule has been justified through religion, monarchy, tradition, wisdom, security, rights, and popular consent. In ancient thought, Plato connected legitimate rule with knowledge and virtue, while Aristotle argued that good rule must serve the common good rather than the private interests of rulers. Modern political thought changed the meaning of legitimate authority. Thinkers such as Hobbes, Locke, and Rousseau shifted the focus from divine right and inherited power to security, rights, consent, and popular sovereignty. This historical development made democracy one of the most important modern answers to the question of legitimate rule. Democracy is based on the idea that political authority ultimately belongs to the people. It requires free elections, political equality, public participation, the rule of law, basic rights, and the possibility of peaceful change. Citizens are not merely subjects of power; they are participants in political life. Autocracy offers a different model. In autocratic systems, power is concentrated in one ruler, one party, or a small elite. Autocracies often justify themselves through stability, order, security, or efficiency. However, they face a serious legitimacy problem when people cannot freely criticize, oppose, or remove those who rule over them. Today, the question of political legitimacy remains urgent. Democracies face polarization, inequality, distrust, populism, and misinformation, while autocratic systems present themselves as strong alternatives. This discussion asks whether legitimate rule should be based on control and stability, or on consent, rights, accountability, and human dignity. Legitimate political rule requires more than force, tradition, or success. It must be justified to free and equal people. No person, party, monarch, or elite has a permanent natural right to rule. The right to rule belongs only to a political order that respects people as active members of a shared community. 📅 Event Details 🗓️ Date: Saturday, 11 Juli 2026 ⏰ Time: 14:00 📍 Location: Hardenbergstraße 10, 10623 Berlin 📱 WhatsApp: For prep materials and directions (Group Chat) [Group Chat Bio KI](https://chat.whatsapp.com/Ba8ZAaH2Yuk6FGmD3LLO7H)

Lesen. Schreiben. Teilen.
Lesen. Schreiben. Teilen.
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that. Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology life improvement center.

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.

Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
This is a free, in person meeting. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship. Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action? Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life: human relationships! Break free from self imposed limitations Here we will discuss: • How to “erase” the trauma of past hurts and betrayals so that one isn’t always repeating past mistakes. • Why and how do the negative emotions of others affect you? • Why is my partner withdrawing and what can I do about it? • Why do we sometimes feel compelled to hurt the ones we love? • Fights & arguments - what's really behind them? • What underlies “corrosive criticism” or the need to invalidate self or others? • How one can stably change one’s outlook on life so they can affect positive change? • Where do compulsive destructive behaviors come from and what can be done about them? • How to form closer bonds & keep growing the relationships with the people you care about? • How to enhance one’s own ability to survive and create positive healthy relationships whether in love, family & friendships or in work, business or one’s career? Relationships can be hard and life itself IS challenging. Why not arm yourself with the knowledge and breakthroughs that have been made about the mind, mental reactions & interpersonal relationships, so that one has better awareness and control over themselves and life in general. Learn where painful experiences are “stored” and how they can unknowingly affect us. You will also find out how one can “erase” those past painful experiences so that one is free to move forward without being tripped up by the past. Learn too, about what can lead some people to become “toxic” personalities and how to identify those traits in others so you won’t be tripped up trusting the wrong person. Our free Meet-ups occur in a safe environment where one can learn, without fear of judgment or criticism, and without the recommendation of harmful mental techniques or therapies, just how YOU can get yourself onto a happier & more successful path: in love & in life. We look forward to having you join us! This class is sponsored by the Dianetics & Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Learning from Everyday Data
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Learning from Everyday Data
**Practical Curiosity: Learning from Everyday Data** How do we actually get better at utilizing our day-to-day data? Fancy dashboards and complex models might look nice and draw attention, but that’s not where most of us spend our time. In fact those shiny outputs frequently sit unused, while the real insights are drawn from the analyst’s daily practice. Sometimes it’s as simple and as powerful as noticing that a segment is shrinking, a channel is underused, or certain links keep getting all the clicks. There’s many different places that the spark of insight can come from, but you have to keep your head in the data and know where to look. In this session, we’ll explore real-world examples of how segmentation, testing, and click behavior can uncover practical digital marketing opportunities. You’ll leave with inspiration for your own use cases, along with a few simple ways to ask better questions, spot meaningful patterns, and make smarter decisions without overcomplicating it. **About Our Speaker:** [Elaine Armbruster](https://www.linkedin.com/in/elainearmbruster/) is a Director of Digital Experience at the [American Diabetes Association](https://diabetes.org/), where she focuses on using data and insights to create smarter, more effective digital experiences. A lifelong Columbus resident, she has built her career in email marketing and the broader digital user journey, and is finding she most enjoys working in the messy middle where systems, data, and big ideas don’t quite line up yet.
