Reiki Energy Healing Sessions – Porto & Online
Reiki Energy Healing Sessions – Porto & Online
Have you ever felt like someone could sense what’s happening inside you — even before you say a word? That’s often how people describe sessions with me. I offer **trauma-aware Reiki energy healing** that combines energy work, somatic awareness, and intuitive perception to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper clarity. Each session adapts to **what your system is ready to process**. Some sessions bring deep relaxation and regulation, while others create emotional release or insight. ### Reiki Energy Session — €40 A full Reiki energy healing session focused purely on **the energy work itself**. We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling or what you’d like to focus on. Then you relax while I channel Reiki energy. This option focuses primarily on **energetic healing and regulation**, without extended intuitive guidance or deeper analysis during the session. Duration: \~1 hour ### Reiki Energy Healing + Guidance — €60 This session includes the **same Reiki energy healing**, with additional intuitive insights and reflections about emotional patterns, blockages, or themes that may arise during the session. In addition to the energy work, I may share: • intuitive observations about patterns or emotional dynamics • somatic impressions that appear during the session • reflections that help bring clarity to recurring situations This option is ideal if you're looking for **both healing and deeper understanding of what is surfacing internally**. Duration: \~1 hour # What Reiki Can Support Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports balance in the body’s energy system. Sessions may help with: • emotional regulation • stress or burnout • releasing stored tension • feeling more grounded and present • gaining clarity around recurring patterns • reconnecting with your intuition You don’t need to believe in anything for Reiki to work — the energy simply supports your system in restoring balance. *** # Session Format Sessions are held **online via Zoom (recommended) or WhatsApp video call**. Languages available: English • Polish • Italian # Booking To book a session, send me a message on Meetup or email: 📩 withawakenedrose@gmail.com I’ll confirm availability and provide payment details (Revolut). # Disclaimer Reiki is a complementary energy practice and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. AN EVENING OF SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY NETWORKING HOSTED BY MARK DALTON (30th March)
AN EVENING OF SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY NETWORKING HOSTED BY MARK DALTON (30th March)
If you are starting out, the night is *NOT* to be missed! Come and rub shoulders with other successful and aspiring property investors – you are welcome whether you are a beginner or have a few already! Spend an evening learning from someone who is walking the walk and actually doing it! Years in training rooms. Countless networking events. Zero properties bought. Sound familiar? That's exactly where Ant and Lyd were. Until Ant drove to Wales with a box of chocolates and came home with three houses. At the **[London Property Networking event @ The Alma on 30th March](https://t8qky6cab.cc.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=0016YJco3QNRh6KejwLVZWUdjzs49_iOyOR8rNSaSq9M8brbpNT0OHuCllMY6BsILAUQI7khVPrGGllqpgLSbillbePeBo9GeW_U9UZvICEubCyFUGfpOB0f1DmTct9nfeqGU_5VfK1-1TRrbGTFkP1ybkHXfAR8OhVK8DY6pWyVrA6Cr0NYKsgcYY3n1bkZwdMtSRLlL_B3WwdsKTCWuxxj-GWI2-MTaQfTH97dcKJsZTFxKHSjAACUBKMoSwQ0tFVRjw-AtTn-0E=&c=Wj55zSy3-NidcNkiIv5CESXSCfUCvKnosC0ky8c5o0DOnIi4AznfMA==&ch=yxEJvdIRar15m5f6tigEQcKoeqrEXzhD0GjG1TFuEZKiXp12BPLwng==)**, they're telling you exactly how they went from overthinking to action, and how they built their portfolio buying baby buy-to-lets. This isn't a success story from someone who had it all figured out. This is the real story. The mistakes. The expensive lessons. The things that actually worked. And the honest truth about what matters when you're building a portfolio. What Ant & Lyd will cover: * How to actually start after years of learning - what finally got them from training to taking action, and how you can stop overthinking and start buying * Sourcing deals that others miss - their methods for finding baby buy-to-lets in areas that work, including the Wales strategy that landed three properties in one trip * Managing refurbs without losing your shirt - real costs, real timelines, and real problems they hit along the way * What they'd do differently - the honest mistakes, the expensive lessons, and what actually matters when you're building a portfolio Why This Event Is Different! Most property events are full of get-rich-quick nonsense and theoretical waffle. This isn't one of them. You'll be surrounded by people who are actually doing it - real investors, brokers, accountants, and finance experts who make money from property every single day. Reserve your place now - spaces are limited. Dungeons & Dragons at the Drill
Dungeons & Dragons at the Drill
Stories await with our main shared world in which the Questly Squids make a mark on the world by joining us in a wonderful world of magic. Open to new and veteran players alike! If you are new to the group we recommend you message an organizer to ensure you have a table to play on. Our members are friendly and helpful if you are new to the game so do not worry about knowing all the rules! We recommend bringing a set of polyhedral dice and a pen/pencil. But we have plenty of spares you may borrow on the night if you don't have any. We host our games in a shared campaign spread across 3-5 tables of players. each table has 1 DM (dungeon master) who runs the game for you and a fellow 3-7 players on the table alongside you out on a quest! Quests last for 3 sessions and then the tables mix again with new player groups and possibly new DMs. How does this all work? You'll have to pop down and see. THE QUESTLY SQUIDS NEED YOU!

Blood On The Clocktower at The Greene Man
Blood On The Clocktower at The Greene Man
New and Experienced Players Welcome! 🤗 Ever played Werewolf, Mafia or Secret Hitler? Well this game is like that but on steroids! 😈😇 Ever watched The Traitors and wished you could have a turn? Well now you can! Suitable for complete beginners, experienced veterans and everyone in between, we Play **'Blood on the Clocktower'** a game where you never know who you can trust... A great way to meet new people in a fun interactive way, at a bar serving food and drinks Continue reading for a general description of the game: Blood on the Clocktower is a bluffing game enjoyed by 5 to 20 players on opposing teams of Good and Evil, overseen by an experienced Storyteller. During a 'day' phase players socialize openly and whisper privately to trade knowledge or spread lies, culminating in a player's execution if a majority suspects them of being Evil. At 'night' time, players close their eyes and some are woken one at a time by the Storyteller to gather information, spread mischief, or kill. Use all your powers of deduction and deception to survive this game of murder and mystery. The game will be fully explained at the event. Weekly Gaming at the Bedford
Weekly Gaming at the Bedford
This event will be held in the main bar area, so numbers are limited as is table space. Welcome to the world of board gaming, if you’ve been before you know the score! If it’s your first time, please remember to read the description and rules, we don’t have many but there are some. We are a group of people who like to play (or learn) modern board games. From the highly technical to the simplest of games, from the seasoned gamer to the first timer, all are welcome. We cater for nearly all modern games as per our rules. We would be delighted if you wanted to join us, please don't fret if there is a long waitlist, this tends to disappear a day or two before the event, sometimes even on the day, so keep an eye out. Come have a drink, meet like minded friendly people and let the battles commence. If you have a game you would like to play, please mention it in the comments and see if others would like to join you. You can join one of the other games mentioned there already or even request that someone brings a game that you would really like to play. If you do bring a game, it would be great if you could teach it, but someone else might know it. If you don’t know the rules to any of the games being played, don’t worry too much, there are some great teachers here and they’ll let you know the rules to any game they’re playing. It would be best if you could be here by the start time, but if you can’t you could always let people know and they might wait for you to arrive before playing. Otherwise, you might have to wait for people to finish playing before you can join in another game. If you are new, please look for the person in the hi-vis jacket, or ask for one of the hosts, Rocky, Dori, Michele, Rafa or Rakshita and we will make sure you get into a game that suits you and your gaming level. Please abide by the rules and mostly, have fun!
LET'S PLAY: ZARNITSA Sports Megagame [It's like Russian Capture the Flag]
LET'S PLAY: ZARNITSA Sports Megagame [It's like Russian Capture the Flag]
**Join LCC Sunday, March 8th at the Hackney Marshes playing field as we make another attempt at playing the Soviet Union's very own *Zarnitsa,* a capture-the-flag alternative with a small twist.** **WHAT IS ZARNITSA?** Zarnitsa (Зарница), or heat-lightning, officially known as the All-Union Young Pioneer military sports game "Zarnitsa", is a massive multi-player physical sports game developed and practiced by the Young Pioneers communist youth organisation during the Soviet era. The game provides a simulation of military actions such as reconnaissance, co-ordinated offensives, giving chase, etc. Popular once again in modern Russia, this is a simple game designed for children and young people in military/cadet organisations, but great fun for active people of all ages. The rules of Zarnitsa are based on the classic capture the flag concept. Two teams each have a "base area" with a flag contained within, concealed or otherwise. Each team's goal is to protect their own flag and seize the other team's and bring it back to the base area. Players can walk, run, sneak, hide, create diversions and use any means short of physical violence to achieve their objectives. What makes Zarnitsa different from classic CTF is simply this: every player has two velcro-attached shoulder straps that serve as health indicators and can be torn off by the opponents. Losing one indicates "wounded", losing two indicates "dead". The "wounded" players cannot run and should only walk. The "dead" players return to a respawn point or leave the game in some modes. Why are we doing this? Capture the flag is simply top fun and anyone who says otherwise is joking themselves. Zarnitsa's slightly elevated level of complexity should give us just that extra challenge needed to really make it interesting. That said, this is our first go with organising multiplayer sports games, so we'll see what the results are! As always comments, questions, suggestions and concerns are more than welcome - just contact an organiser. Sports games are a great way to get and stay active, meet new people, and break the monotony of everyday life under British capitalism. Let's get out there! For our first attempt at organising a little Zarnitsa league here in London, we'll hit up Hackney Marshes and Wick Woodland. We'll divide into two teams; each will receive coloured vests or other garments to which the health indicator strips are attached. Then we'll take up our places, count down from 60 seconds, and let the games begin! **Note: we'll want at least five people per team for this to really work right, so we'll cancel or reschedule if this one gets less than 9 RSVPs.** There's no limit to how big our group can be of course, so please do join us! Just be sure to either turn up on the day or change your RSVP if you can't make it in the end, just so we know what to expect. Take care and see you on the pitch!

Casual Boardgames - make friends, then beat them in games
Casual Boardgames - make friends, then beat them in games
Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations.
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus.
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn.
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play.
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders…
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords…
IMPORTANT:
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for.
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
