**(CASTELLANO a continuación)** **Del dijous 2 al dilluns 6 de juliol de 2026** \*\*Vine a viure l’essència de la Provença en el moment més màgic de l’any: quan els camps de lavanda es vesteixen de color i fragància. \*\* Aquest estiu tornem a una regió que ho té tot: natura, història, pobles plens d’encant, paisatges de postal i una gastronomia deliciosa. I en aquesta època, un extra que la fa encara més irresistible: els camps de lavanda en flor, un espectacle per als sentits. Caminar entre aquests camps és una de les experiències més belles i relaxants que hi ha: una invitació directa a viure el moment present. Per això hem preparat aquest viatge de **5 dies d’immersió al món màgic de la lavanda**. Més que un viatge de senderisme, és una descoberta pausada de la Provença més autèntica: passejos entre camps florits, visites a pobles de conte, mercats provençals, destil·leries i moments de descans en una preciosa casa rural amb piscina, envoltada de natura i perfum de lavanda. ### ️ PROGRAMA **DIJOUS 2/7** **Barcelona – ruta entre camps de lavanda i relax a la piscina de la nostra casa rural** Sortirem de Barcelona (Fabra i Puig) a les 8 h en cotxes particulars organitzats per l’agència. Farem parada per esmorzar i continuarem cap a la Provença. Un cop arribats a la nostra **casa rural amb piscina** farem una caminada suau (6 km / 120 m desnivell) **entre camps de lavanda** fins a una **destil·leria familiar ecològica**, on coneixerem tots els secrets d’aquesta planta fascinant. I un cop tornats a la casa, ens instal·lem a les habitacions i... piscina i relax ️ abans del primer sopar! **DIVENDRES 3/7** **Fontaine-de-Vaucluse & L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue** Descobrirem dos pobles indispensables de la Provença: **Fontaine-de-Vaucluse**, on neix el riu Sorgue, i **L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue**, la “Venècia provençal”, plena de canals, terrasses i botigues amb encant. Un dia ple de màgia! **DISSABTE 4/7** **Mercat d’Apt · Bosc de cedres** Al matí visitarem el **mercat setmanal d’Apt**, una explosió de colors, aromes i música pels carrers d’un poble típic provençal. A la tarda, passejarem pel **bosc de cedres** del Parc Natural del Luberon (4,5 km / 90 m desnivell), un indret fresc i ple de màgia per connectar amb la natura. **DIUMENGE 5/7** **Sault i la Festa de la Lavanda** Posarem rumb a **Sault**, on el primer diumenge de juliol s’hi celebra la “Fête de la Lavande”. Farem una caminada (11 km / 280 m desnivell) amb un productor local que ens explicarà els secrets del cultiu i la destil·lació de la lavanda. Després, temps lliure per gaudir d'aquesta meravellosa festa envoltats d'alguns dels camps més importants de lavanda fina, la reina de les lavandes. **DILLUNS 6/7** **Roussillon, el camí dels ocres i tornada cap a BCN** Aquest últim dia anirem a **Roussillon**, classificat com un dels pobles més bonics de França, famós pels seus tons d’ocre. Y en esta época del año, un extra que la hace aún más irresistible: ¡los campos de lavanda en flor, un auténtico espectáculo para los sentidos! Caminar entre estos campos es una de las experiencias más bellas y relajantes que existen: una invitación directa a vivir el momento presente. Por eso hemos preparado este viaje de **5 días de inmersión en el mundo mágico de la lavanda**. Más que un viaje de senderismo, es una **descubierta pausada de la Provenza más auténtica**: paseos entre campos floridos, visitas a pueblos de cuento, mercados provenzales, destilerías artesanales y momentos de descanso en una preciosa casa rural con piscina, rodeada de naturaleza y perfume de lavanda. ### ️ PROGRAMA **JUEVES 2/7** **Barcelona – ruta entre campos de lavanda y relax en la piscina de nuestra casa rural** Saldremos de Barcelona (Fabra i Puig) a las 8 h en coches particulares organizados por la agencia. Haremos una parada para desayunar y continuaremos hacia la Provenza. Una vez lleguemos a nuestra casa rural con piscina, haremos una caminata suave (6 km / 120 m de desnivel) entre campos de lavanda hasta una destilería familiar ecológica, donde conoceremos todos los secretos de esta fascinante planta. Y, al volver a la casa, nos instalaremos en las habitaciones y… ¡piscina y relax ️ antes de la primera cena! **VIERNES 3/7** **Fontaine-de-Vaucluse & L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue** Descubriremos dos pueblos imprescindibles de la Provenza: Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, donde nace el río Sorgue, y L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, la “Venecia provenzal”, llena de canales, terrazas y tiendas con encanto. ¡Un día lleno de magia! **SÁBADO 4/7** **Mercado de Apt · Bosque de cedros** Por la mañana visitaremos el mercado semanal de Apt, una explosión de colores, aromas y música por las calles de un pueblo típico de la Provenza. Por la tarde, pasearemos por el bosque de cedros del Parque Natural del Luberon (4,5 km / 90 m de desnivel), un lugar fresco y lleno de magia para conectar con la naturaleza. **DOMINGO 5/7** **Sault y la Fiesta de la Lavanda** Pondremos rumbo a Sault, donde el primer domingo de julio se celebra la “Fête de la Lavande”. Haremos una caminata (11 km / 280 m de desnivel) con un productor local que nos explicará los secretos del cultivo y la destilación de la lavanda. Después, tiempo libre para disfrutar de esta maravillosa fiesta, rodeados de algunos de los campos más importantes de lavanda fina, la reina de las lavandas. **LUNES 6/7** **Roussillon, el camino de los ocres y regreso a BCN** En este último día iremos a Roussillon, clasificado como uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Francia y famoso por sus tonos ocres. Most people use LLMs by feel: ask a question, read the answer, decide whether it “seems good,” and move on. That works for casual use. It does not work when you are building software, automating workflows, writing important documents, or relying on AI for anything that needs to be repeatable. In this talk, we’ll look at how to improve and evaluate the inputs and outputs of LLMs using practical measurement techniques. We’ll cover how prompt changes affect results, how to compare outputs, how to build simple evaluation sets, and how math-based methods like similarity scoring can help you move beyond guesswork. This will be beginner-friendly, so even if you don't know anything about AI, you should get something out of it. However, this will be a little more technical than our intro talks. You do not need to be an AI researcher, but programmers and technically curious attendees will get a lot out of it. We’ll cover: * Why “it looks good” is not enough * How to improve prompts by changing the input, context, and constraints * How to compare LLM outputs more systematically * Basic evaluation techniques for accuracy, consistency, and usefulness * How embeddings, cosine similarity, and scoring can help evaluate results * Where automated evaluation works — and where humans still need to stay in the loop By the end, you’ll have a practical mental model for treating LLMs less like magic and more like systems you can test, measure, and improve.
