🚀 Rebuild the Stack: Ways of Working in the AI Era
**What it takes to work as a Product Trio in an AI-first world?**
Product Tank Barcelona is back — and this time we're bringing the full squad.
This June, we're co-hosting ProductTank Barcelona at **G2's brand new Barcelona office** for a conversation that's long overdue: what does cross-functional collaboration actually look like when AI changes everything about how we build?
**Three voices. One stage.**
We'll hear from a PM, an Engineer, and a Designer — each sharing their perspective on what it takes to work as a product trio in an AI-first world. No silos. No hand-offs. Just honest lessons from teams doing it in practice.
Together, they'll explore:
* What the "Single Stack Builder" model means in practice
* Why shipping a feature is no longer the goal — driving outcomes is the only measure of success
* How PMs, designers, and engineers prototype together, teach each other, and actually move the needle on OKRs
🎤 **Meet the Speakers**
**Karine K. Nascimento** — Managing VP of Product, G2 Karine leads buyer product across G2's Barcelona hub, overseeing G2.AI, G2, Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice following G2's acquisition of Gartner Digital Markets. Previously Product Growth at N26 and a Kellogg executive alumna, she foments an AI-first product culture, buyer-centric strategy, and scaling cross-functional teams. She's also a co-organizer of ProductTank.
**Meydjer Luzzoli** — Senior Engineering Manager, G2. Leading buyer experience engineering across G2, Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice. With 15+ years in software, he knows how to modernize systems, align teams, and make execution move faster. His current focus is making AI part of how Product Trios actually build.
**Gabriela Pérez Cuervo** — UX Director, Gabriela shapes the end-to-end experience for buyers and sellers across G2's marketplace. With 10+ years in UX — from agency work at Cognizant Netcentric to in-house product at XING to leading design at G2 — she knows how to set the vision, drive impact, and get things shipped.
📍 **Location:** G2 Barcelona — Cloudworks22@ Carrer de Pere IV, 64 - Planta 3
Sant Martí, 08005 Barcelona
🗓 **Date:** Tuesday, June 17th
🕒 Doors open at 6:30 PM \| Talks start at 7 PM sharp

Cloud Native Barcelona OpenTelemetry #3
This is the third in a series of meetups exploring the exciting world of **[OpenTelemetry](https://opentelemetry.io/)** within the cloud-native ecosystem. And this time, we are partnering with our good friends at [Write the Docs Barcelona](https://www.meetup.com/write-the-docs-barcelona/). Whether you're just curious about observability or already a seasoned OpenTelemetry user, this series will offer valuable insights, practical knowledge, and opportunities to connect with fellow enthusiasts in the Barcelona cloud-native community.
**📍 Location:** **[Factorial](https://factorial.es)** \- Carrer de Llacuna 56\, building C\, Barcelona \| [https://maps.app.goo.gl/baTqk9H8m3ACK4jD7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/baTqk9H8m3ACK4jD7)
**👉 Here's a sneak peek of the agenda:**
**18:30:** Check-in and welcome 👋
**18:45:** 🎙️ **"Collaborating in OSS projects: The OpenTelemetry Docs case study"** by **[Anna Urbiztondo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/annaurbiztondo/)** - *Senior Technical Writer at [Grafana Labs](https://grafana.com)*, **[Fabrizio Ferri-Benedetti](https://www.linkedin.com/in/fabrizioferri/)**[ ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/fabrizioferri/)- *Principal Technical Writer* *at [Elastic](https://elastic.co)***.**
This Write the Docs meets Cloud Native talk covers what makes open-source projects succeed in practice — clear focus, community ownership, organization, goodwill, and excellent communication in a fast-moving codebase.
OpenTelemetry Documentation is a perfect example because it encompasses new, state-of-the-art concepts and spans across multiple languages and vendors. Therefore, its docs must explain workflows, implementation scenarios, deployment tools, and APIs to both newcomers and seasoned users to guarantee adoption and success.

🧗🏻♀️💦🥾 **Who´s up for 5 days of hiking (and optionally canyoning & climbing) in one of the most beautiful areas of Spain? We are going to the Sierra de Guara!**
SEE ENGLISH TRANSLATION BELOW ⤵️
* Chubasquero / ropa impermeable para senderismo
* Botas o zapatillas de senderismo
* Protección solar
* Bañador + toalla (para los baños en el río)
* Bastones (opcional)
* Otro par de zapatillas deportivas con buena suela (usaremos estas para caminar por el agua. Las deportivas sirven; las escarpines o chanclas de río NO)
* 4 noches de alojamiento
* Senderismo con guía profesional
* Entrada a las pasarelas de Alquézar
* Seguro en caso de accidente + seguro de responsabilidad civil
* Si eliges barranquismo o escalada, también incluye guía oficial de barranquismo/escalada y todo el material necesario
**➖ No incluido:**
* Transporte (35 € / pasajero, a pagar al conductor)
* Comidas
**Política de cancelación:**
¿Cambio de planes? ¡No pasa nada!
Nos vemos allí!

🥾**The Plan**
The Natural Park of Sierra de Guara, located in the Spanish Pre-Pyrenees, is a spectacular land of limestone canyons, crystal-clear rivers, hidden pools and small villages full of character. It’s one of those places that feels especially magical in warm weather, because the landscape invites you not only to hike, but also to **enjoy the water along the way**.
This is what makes Sierra de Guara such a special summer destination: many of the hiking routes include sections where we **walk along the river, cross the water, cool off in natural pools and enjoy refreshing swims** in beautiful wild surroundings. On hotter days, we may choose routes with **less distance**, but that doesn’t mean less adventure or less time outdoors, quite the opposite. We still spend the full day active in nature, combining hiking with walking through the river, crossing streams, swimming, and fully enjoying the landscape in a more refreshing way. On cooler days, we take the opportunity to do **longer and more walking-focused hikes**, covering more distance on foot while still enjoying the beauty of the area.
Sierra de Guara is also world-famous as one of the best places in Europe for **canyoning and climbing**. So this trip can be as hiking-focused or as adventure-focused as you want: you can simply join for the hikes, or choose to replace one or more hiking days with canyoning or climbing activities.
For more details and pictures, [click here!](https://www.yepalo.com/hiking-canyoning-sierra-de-guara)
While Barcelona fills with fireworks and noise for Sant Joan, we’ll be heading to nature for a very different kind of experience: fresh air, beautiful landscapes, water, and a much more peaceful way to celebrate those dates.
**How to sign up?**
Step 1: 👋 Sign up for Meetup on the attendee list
Step 2: 💰Make the payment of €175 in our website: [https://www.yepalo.com/events/sierra-de-guara-5-days-hiking-in-the-paradise-of-huesca-4-nights](https://www.yepalo.com/events/sierra-de-guara-5-days-hiking-in-the-paradise-of-huesca-4-nights)
IMPORTANT: This is the only way to ensure a place for the activity.
🚦**Difficulty level:**
* Hikes: Easy - moderate: from 8 to 14km and 200 to 500m level difference.
* Canyoning (optional): Easy. Jumps are optionals and up to everyone's own will (and need for) adrenalin. Perfect for beginners or people that want to improve their technique.
* Climbing (optional): for beginners or people with more experience.
🏡 **Accommodation:** We’ll stay in cozy apartments with a swimming pool. Each unit has a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with two single beds (let us know if you're coming with your partner and want a double bed).
If you prefer, you can request (subject to availability) a private room for an extra +€30/night.
🥣 **Food:**
There’s a small grocery store if you want to cook your own meals, and also a nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner—vegan/vegetarian options available at very reasonable prices.
We’ll also suggest having dinner together for those who’d like to share the mealtime vibe.
🚗 **How we'll get there:** We'll be sharing private cars. When you sign up, you'll be invited to let us know if you have a car, how many people can come with you. Each passenger will contribute €35 to the driver to cover toll expenses.
🎒**What to bring:**
everyone:
* Raincoat/waterproof hiking gear
* Hiking shoes
* Sun protection
* Swimming suit + towel (river baths)
* Walking sticks (optional).
* Another pair of **sport shoes with a good sole** (we'll use those ones to walk in the water. Sports shoes are ok - water slippers are NOT)
**Important:** river shoes or open sandals are great for the bathing moments (you can bring them), but they are **not suitable for walking in the river**. For that, we need **closed footwear** that protects the foot properly and has a **good sole/grip**.
If you go canyoning:
* Pool goggles (if you wear contact lenses)
* If you are very sensitive to the cold, bring a lycra (synthetic) shirt (to be worn underneath the wetsuit).
**👥 Group Size:** Maximum of 15 participants/guide.
🤠 **Guide**: Moshe
💰 **Price: 375€:** 5 days hiking and 4 nights

🐝 Crestas y picos • Pallars vs Val d’Aran ☀️2D/1N🌜

Stop Guessing: A Product Person's Guide to AI Adoption
## 🤝 Host Information
A co-hosted event by ProductTank Columbus & Women in Product Columbus
💡 About the Workshop
AI adoption is stalling across organizations — not because of a lack of motivation or tools, but because it's fundamentally a behavior design challenge.
This hands-on workshop applies proven Behavior Design models and methods to help you move from a vague organizational wish to boost AI adoption to 3-5 concrete, testable interventions you can act on starting tomorrow.
Whether you're a product manager, on a product team, or just someone trying to get AI to actually stick at work, you'll leave with a clear picture of what's worth focusing on, what to ignore, and how to drive real, sustained adoption — no guesswork required.

AI Assistant: Have your favorite AI assistant pulled up. (Dom will be using Claude, but feel free to use whichever assistant you prefer!)

We will have the kettle on and fillable single serve disposable tea bags if you would like to bring the tea leaves unbrewed and extra tea cups on hand as well.
We welcome you to bring snacks or desserts that are you enjoy pairing with tea. You can bring a chair if the day is nice in case we sit outside. There is a cat in the house, so be aware in case of allergies.
