These lessons are meant for adults of all experiences and backgrounds. For new riders, our instructors will focus on coaching students on the basics of riding for polo, as well as safe handling of the horse. These polo lessons comprise two main sections training: 1) riding for polo instruction, (1/2 of the lesson), and 2) training for polo (1/2 of the lesson). Join a **beginner-friendly Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) class** focused on health, movement, and steady learning. No prior martial arts experience is required. These are **FREE weekly meetups** covering the fundamentals of **Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan**, including basic alignment, breath and intent coordination, and introductory work on **24 & 48 Fist Forms**, **48 Sword Form**, **push-hands**, and **qigong**.
