Entra pure.** Il cacao è una delle piante medicinali più antiche, profondamente radicata nelle tradizioni spirituali delle culture indigene, come i Maya e gli Aztechi. Per loro non era solo un alimento o una bevanda, ma una medicina sacra a supporto della crescita spirituale, della guarigione e dell’ispirazione creativa. Questo workshop intreccia l’antica tradizione del cacao con il Kundalini Yoga, il breathwork e una meditazione guidata in stile viaggio sciamanico. La sessione inizia con una breve pratica di **Kundalini Yoga**, per risvegliare l’energia nel corpo e calmare la mente, preparandoti ad accogliere la tua esperienza. Proseguiremo sorseggiando il Cacao, una bevanda sacra conosciuta per aprire il cuore, elevare l’umore e favorire una meditazione profonda. Mentre gusti il Cacao, sarai invitata/o a formulare un proposito, un’intenzione da custodire per tutto il percorso. Dopo il rituale del Cacao, ci immergeremo in una pratica di **respirazione consapevole**.
