Well, by the time you are all enjoying your well earned drink after a wee run I'll be back in Argentina. Sorry I missed you all last week while I was home, but couldn't be helped, but I'll be back before you know it! So, this week, it's back to **Ranelagh, and McSorleys** is the venue after you've enjoyed a run in the warm spring air, (We live in Hope!), so gather up ye Spring Spirit and enjoy the evening, it will soon be light, and the rain may even stop. For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. ## Breath, Sound & Relaxation – A Weekly Wind-Down (Starting September) Event Description: Join us every Thursday evening for a deeply calming and restorative 75-minute session combining breathwork, mindful relaxation, and immersive sound healing. This class is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and let go of tension through gentle guided breathing, mindful body awareness, and the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular, you're welcome just as you are.
