We are **[Rhacklette](https://rhacklette41.github.io/),** a group of female, inter, non-binary, trans and agender (FINTA) people in Security. Our goal is to create a protected space for gender minorities in the security industry, this applies to professionals as well as students or career changers. Every neighbourhood had one, and people met, without an exaggeration, on a daily-basis. It was the community center of the village. People met new and old friends, played games, socialised, ate snacks, drank coffee and ouzo. It was a very friendly, welcoming and homey environment. Unfortunately this concept is rapidly dying in Greece. As a kid I had extremely good memories of these coffeeshops, and for this reason I am passionate to revive and recreate this environment and also add a modern twist.
