Please take a good lunch or bring along some snacks if you feel hungry along the way. Please be punctual. You are encouraged to be slightly early to avoid disappointments. There will be 5 minutes grace for attendance taking. Please remember that we cannot wait because this would be unfair to those already present. This Meetup group is a community-led group by volunteers. Please extend grace in areas of inadequacy. You are most welcome to give constructive feedback; we strive for improvement! Start our journey from Buona Vista as we walk along the Ulu Pandan connector towards Jurong East. The Ulu Pandan Park Connector has an amazing array of biodiversity, such as the Grey Heron (*Andrea cinerea*) and the White-throated Kingfisher (*Halcyon smyrnensis*). Along the way, view the now-defunct railway truss bridge across Sungei Ulu Pandan, part of the old Jurong line. A family of otters lives there too! If you are lucky, you will get to see them. We will end our journey at the Jurong East Mall for dinner. Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses.
