Gayme Night is our cozy board games hangout for the queer community and friends. Expect classics, quick party games, and the occasional chaotic round where someone swears they “definitely read the rules” (they did not). Come with your besties or show up solo — we’ll help people find a table and get a game going. The goal is simple: relaxed social time, a bit of playful competition, and a space that feels easy to enter. How it works * Drop in any time between 18:00 and 21:00 * Choose a game from the selection (or bring your own) * Join an open table or ask us to match you with a group * Play, snack, sip, repeat * Who it’s for Queer folks and friends/allies who can respect the space. You don’t need board game skills—just basic kindness and the ability to lose gracefully Free entry. Accessibility notes We aim to make this event as accessible as possible. If you have access needs or questions (seating, sensory needs, etc.), message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Community care Villa Vida is a safer-space-ish environment: be respectful, ask for consent, and keep it cute. Join us for our regular and casual Sunday on playing Padel. We reserve our right to adapt the setup according to the audience level, vibe, health, weather, shape etc SETUP ● 2 courts (2 vs 2), 1 team is rotating or taking a rest court 1: minim 6 players court 2: minim 4 players ● 2 courts - 10-12 people (more players, we make small teams and play shorts, all combination; the hosts have the last word. proposals are welcome) ● The event organisers or experienced player are entitled to send players on the second court ● We are respectfull and warm with each other, our cultural and professional background is diverse. ● New proposals are welcome :). Sometimes we adapt. ● The host toghether with the regular players, can ask new or misbehaved players to step out from the court, in order to maintain the good vibes Price to pay (in cash) (Aprox, for this season, could vary with 1-2 euros) ■ 12 euros for 1h ■ 20 euros for 2h ■ If you need a racket, you can rent it from us for 2 € (if available). Otherwise you can always rent from the venue for 5 €. ■ Cancelation 4-6h, ahead or you pay 10 euros the fee for 1h ● We use the money to cover the courts rent & subscription for renting, smaller hostings or welcome expenses Important ● New commers, intermediate, out of shape, friendly players are playing on their own risk. If they choose to play with advanced players in a more "competitive" way (hitting the ball in the direction of opponent player is allowed). ● Playing competitive is allowed on the first court ● Playing friendly is our main goal. For this we understand both advanced people, who want to consume their energy, and the social people who play for fun. How to pay: We accept card payments and cash (card payments are preferred) Number of players: It depends on how many courts we get, 6 for 1 court and about 10-11 for 2 courts (so we can take a small break between matches) Remember to bring your own racket please, or you can rent one at the reception for about 3 euros **Cancellation policy:** 1- Canceling 48 hours before the event = free cancellation 2- Cancellation after the 48-hour deadline = we will ask you kindly to pay the event fee if we are not able to find a suitable replacement. If yes - WELCOME! * The earlier you sign up, the bigger your chance to reserve a place - once 10 players have signed up already, you move to the waiting list. * Once the waiting list has 3 or more members, I will try to book an additional court, but no guarantees. I need to close the registration 24h before the event as I will then have to decide whether to cancel any court due to a shortage of players. The fee per player will be €10.00 for 2 hours. This will also cover the feather shuttles used during play. Please be on time as a curtesy to the other players. In addition, if you are on the players' list and don't come (i.e. no show), you will be automatically excluded from this group.

**How we play** Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Players are welcome Number of courts depends on the number of players * 4-5 players: one court * 8-10 players: two courts * 12-14 players: three courts Teams are mixed all the time. So you will play with/against different players during the event * Teams are put together based on their skill level * We focus on having balanced teams **Equipment** * I provide balls (usually Bullpadel Next) * If you need a racket, you can rent it from me for 2 € (limited number available). You can also rent a racket from the venue for 5 € **Price** * 16-19 € for 2 hours depending on number of players * I use the money to cover the costs for the court, balls and rackets. * You can pay via Revolut, PayPal, instant Bank Transfer or Cash. I prefer transfer over cash. **Cancellation** * Please cancel at least 10h before the event, to give people on the wait list the chance to jump in. Otherwise a late cancellation fee of 10 € must be paid. * Cancel at least 26h before the event in case the wait list is empty. Otherwise a late cancellation fee will be charged * Late Cancellation fees will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (Ärzte ohne Grenzen). * I understand that sometimes unexpected things can come up. However, not showing up and failing to let me know is considered disrespectful and goes against the community spirit. People doing uncommented no-shows have to pay the full event fee. **Important** * Playing competitive is allowed (Smashing balls, hitting balls close to opponent player etc.) * We still value fair play and sportsmanship. * Having fun together is way more important as winning. **Other information** * The venue has courts **outdoor only**. Dress accordingly to the weather * We are respectful and warm with each other.
