All the mentioned games are just examples, and we're not necessarily going to play the exact games. **Learn Your Camera Workshop** Next Friday, **22/05/2026**, we’re hosting a beginner-friendly 1-hour workshop at **WienMitte Photography Studio**. You’ll learn how to understand your camera settings, take control of manual mode, and start creating better photos with more confidence. **Duration:** 1 hour **Cost:** 15€ **Location:** WienMitte Photography Studio Spaces are limited — DM to reserve your spot.

If they choose to play with advanced players in a more "competitive" way (hitting the ball in the direction of opponent player is allowed). ● Playing competitive is allowed on the first court ● Playing friendly is our main goal. For this we understand both advanced people, who want to consume their energy, and the social people who play for fun. Everyone on the court - everybody will play 2vs2, starting with 6:40 pm (minim 2 or 3 consecutive games, after which will Take 1 Game break) - We Reserve the right to adapt on the court Level and requests of Hosts and regular Players in the aim of maintaining good vibes, be inclusive and playfull. Games are social and fun, Not competitive! Welcome Book Lovers! Join our Meet Up Group to find like-minded book readers! This event is for everybody interested in listening or sharing new book content or comment on it. You are welcome just to come for inspiration. You definitely don't need to read books at the moment. It is a gathering for everybody to find like-minded people interested in learning something new. :) Feel free to bring your own book with you. The event will take place at the volunteer organisation MUT. It is an organisation to supports humans, animals and the environment especially in Vienna. I am happy to host it there. This session is for players with solid beach volleyball skills. Outdoors are back! You are invited to hike with us **on Sunday 24th May** through the peaceful silence of the Green Prater's vast forest, walking all the way to its far side! We meet at 13:55 outside the Praterstern station, on the side of the station that looks at the Prater. The exact **Meeting Point** is just outside the tunnel with the large bicycle parking. In Google Maps look for "Türkis Praterstern", we will wait in front of this restaurant. A funny little pug named Uschi will be with us! We start hiking exactly at 14:00 and we mainly follow the Stadtwanderweg 9. After 2 hours of walk, we'll do a 30-minute stop to have a short picnic in a meadow if it is not wet (please bring a blanket and some snack for you!). We plan to be back at the Praterstern station at 18:00. Please bring 1 liter of water and wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes. The walk is long (about 12 km) and the terrain might be wet in some points if it rained the day before. If heavy rain is forecasted we'll postpone the hike and notify all participants 48 hours before the event. IMPORTANT: This is not a guided hike, but simply a chance to experience nature around Vienna together, so everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. If yes - WELCOME! * The earlier you sign up, the bigger your chance to reserve a place - once 10 players have signed up already, you move to the waiting list. * Once the waiting list has 3 or more members, I will try to book an additional court, but no guarantees. I need to close the registration 24h before the event as I will then have to decide whether to cancel any court due to a shortage of players. The fee per player will be €10.00 for 2 hours. This will also cover the feather shuttles used during play. Please be on time as a curtesy to the other players. In addition, if you are on the players' list and don't come (i.e. no show), you will be automatically excluded from this group.

The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
