**TANTRA: CREATING AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE** **Free Public Talk with Gen Kelsang Tonglam** **1 March Sunday 3:00pm – 4:30pm** **Teaching in Cantonese with English translation. Everyone welcome!** Tantra is a unique inner science that teaches us to transform our minds, ourselves, and lives. As the rarest teachings in Buddhism, it guides us to overcome limiting beliefs that lead to fear and anxiety. Through special meditations, Tantra helps us generate positive energy and wisdom, ultimately leading to enlightenment and lasting happiness. Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche says, “The gateway through which we enter Tantra is receiving a Tantric empowerment. An empowerment bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature.” In this public talk, Gen Tonglam will explain that the foundation for training in Tantra is the understanding that everyone has the extraordinary potential to lead a life filled with freedom and joy.
