My yoga journey began in **2017**, when I started exploring yoga as more than physical exercise. Over the years, it became a path of grounding, awareness, and inner balance. In 2023, I completed my **200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India**, deepening both my practice and teaching. ## 🌿The practice A slow, mindful Hatha yoga session designed to: * gently awaken the body * release stress and tension * build strength and mobility * cultivate calm and presence Open to all levels, including beginners. ## 🌿 Why join Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down. Bring your current read (or grab a new one!), settle in with a drink or snack, and enjoy an hour or two of calm, focused reading alongside fellow book lovers. 📖 No pressure, no agenda—just a peaceful moment to unwind, read, and maybe chat a little afterward. 😊 This group/event is an english-speaking one ( although the books don't have to be). We'll try to find a cozy and comfortable nook to settle into but we can't guarantee total silence.
